1.Fasting Anointing

Fasting will become a common practice in the moving forward church of the 21st Century Church. There is a grace being poured out upon the church a grace to fasting. The knowledge of fasting will be poured out upon the church in these few years. Many in the body of Christ will find gladness and joy in the practice of fasting. Fasting will impact the prayer life of many in the body of Christ. One of the things that the prayer movements are missing is the practice of fasting.

The body of Christ will begin to fast on national levels and global levels in many days to come, and they will see such fruits come forth on national levels and global levels. At the same time the church at the city levels will to be in many days and many times of fasting. It will seem as fasting in what is in favor. We will see huge miss movements of not only in prayer instead in prayer and fasting this brings changes of destinies and nations around the world.

The fasting anointing is upon certain believers who have been called to a fasting life or you can say a fasting ministry. They have grace and anointing to fast without losing weight. They have the grace and anointing to fast without food for long periods of time.

In the Holy Scriptures we see certain ones fasted for 40days and even one who fasted for 21days to see breakthroughs. The ones that fasted for 40days are our Lord Jesus Christ and did it once in the beginning of His ministry to lay a foundation for power and signs. Moses also fastened 40 days. There is coming a generation of Moses who will be generation of deliverance, and generation of reformation, a generation of much prayer and fasting. We have just only begun to enter into this generation.

The fasting anointing will give those who walk in it a way to fast for long periods of time, without losses any weight and it will be easy to fast in such ways, like fasting for 40days or fasting for 21days or even more. I've heard one person who fasted for 100 days only eating one bowl of rice every day.

During these times of fasting there will be much prayer. Not only they have a grace to fast long periods of time they will have grace to prayer long hours and even days and weeks at times. They will enter into hours, days and weeks of visions and supernatural experiences and encounters.

Now even others who have not been called to a fasting life and a fasting ministry at certain times can walk in the fasting anointing and fasting grace to fast certain times and periods that Holy Spirit lead them or even a group.

I believe the breams of power will come from the healing wings of the Sun of Righteousness has He arises over the church and the world. These supernatural power breams will hit us taking us up in the days of Lord in the Spirit. We have hours and days of visions, and visions for a certain amount of days. In addition, will be able to pray for days, will be able to fast for days.

2.Fasting in Warfare

It is time for each one of us and all of us as a body to learn the power of fasting; we need to study throughout the Holy Scriptures, and read teaching about fasting from the Word. As we enter into the beginning of our knowledge on fasting we need the grace of the Lord and Holy Spirit working with us and us hearing and applying His leading.

Fasting must be a work of the Spirit and work of Grace and a work of faith. Not a work of religion, traditions, and outward performance. That is why we first must study the Holy Scriptures on fasting in order to gain faith.

We must have right motives when it comes to fasting. Fasting motives are ether, fasting out of faith, fasting by leading of the Holy Spirit, fasting in a group out of believing faith, and fasting as a group out of the leading of the Holy Spirit. Anything that is not done with believing faith is useless.

There are certain times that we will need to fast. Times of suffering, times of spiritual warfare, and times of danger but all are to be done in faith not in fear. We should learn the benefits of fasting in warfare and how warfare could be change by the power of fasting. There is power in fasting, and I believe it is time to learn to love this power for it is from the Lord.

Spiritual warfare can only be dealt with by spiritual means according to the Holy Scriptures. Fasting is one of our spiritual weapons giving to us. There are the general weapons giving to every believer, and then there is special weapons giving to each Christian. We will have to learn how to use the weapons in warfare we will have to learn how to become skillful in battle. It is the Holy Spirit in us and the Lord Jesus who trains our hands for war and our fingers for battle. We are to pray and ask the Lord to teach us how to war and how to battle and become skillful. We need to learn how to become skillful in the spiritual weapon of fasting. (Eph. 6:12, 2 Cor. 10:3-6, Psa. 144:1-2)

We can use fasting to fight spiritual strongholds, demons, sickness, and to break the pattern of addictions. But remember we do not fast for forgiveness of sins. Only the blood of Christ can forgive sins, instead we can fast to set people free and even ourselves. This must be done in faith and grace or it will not work beside, fasting should not be done without prayer. (Isa. 58)

There are certain times that we must fast, but it has to be done in faith. They're certain stronghold and demons that will not come out except through prayer and fasting, for example unbelief, witchcraft, and other demons spirits. (Matthew 17:21)

In Daniel chapter nine we see the working of prayer along with fasting in how it aids in spiritual warfare. Isaiah 58, Matthew 17:21, and Daniel 9 are the foundational Scriptures for fasting in spiritual warfare. In Matthew Chapter four Jesus had a confrontation with Satan, this was for the purpose to gain ground for the ministry of deliverance. After such confrontation angels came to minister to Jesus.

There are certain times when some sick person needs us to fast and even a whole local church to fast in order to set them free. There are certain times that a person who is under attack by evil spirits or needs deliverance needs others and even a local church to pray and fasted for them. In fasting we fast with pure motives and love for the suffering believers.

In addition, we can fast for divine protection for others and even ourselves. Divine protection is a promise in the Holy Scriptures, and we must stand upon these promises for others. (Ezra 8:21-23)

When you fast you may not see a breakthrough or even just a little change, sometimes the breakthrough may not happen or has just begun to happen. We might need more then one time, maybe more then few times to see breakthrough, and we might have to be faithful to fasting to see such breakthroughs, so have patience in fasting. (Gal. 6:9)

Furthermore, there are other Scriptures reasons and purposes to fast and we should study throughout the Holy Scriptures and read teaching on fasting. Fasting has the power to bring much breakthrough to our lives and others.

3.Fasting Ministry

The Lord is calling a certain number of believers into the fasting ministry. That has been giving an anointing and grace for a fasting life and fasting ministry. There could be a gift of fasting you never know. But one thing for should the Lord is calling a certain number into the fasting ministry.

On the Person Level: Believers are to fast ether by faith or by the leading of the Holy Spirit, to fast willing and to fast unto God with much prayer and ministering to the Lord.

On a cooperation level: Spiritual leaders will proclaim and consecrate a fast for a whole local church, etc. There will be a list of reasons for this fasting time. There will be days set aside for every week or every month, and even special times for fasting set aside, etc.

The Fasting Anointing: There will be those who will be giving a fasting anointing and fasting grace that will stand out among others who fast, they will have a fasting life and fasting ministry. They will have grace to fast long periods of time without food and will not lose any weight.

The Fasting Ministry: Local Churches and ministries will set those apart who have a fasting anointing and bring them together into a fasting ministry to fasting willing and to fast together with like anointed persons called to the fasting ministry.

Just as we have a local church prayer ministry in addition to that a fasting ministry, this fasting ministry will work hand to hand with the prayer ministry. And will be under the category of the Local church prayer ministries. What the prayer movements and prayer ministries are lack is the practice of fasting.

4.Fasting to Change Destiny

We have discussed and explained the power of fasting, through much prayer and fasting, the fasting in warfare, the fasting anointing and the fruits of fasting. Now we will discuss how fasting changes destiny. Later we will explain the steps of fasting and the fasting ministry.

In Daniel Chapter nine Daniel understood by the Holy Spirit the prophetic words giving through Jeremiah. He had insight of spiritual timely and begun to move by faith to pray for His people and the nation of Israel. He entered into a time of 21days of much prayer and much fasting to change the destiny of a people and of a nation.

Through His time there was a spiritual battle going on. He did not give in or give up, he remain in prayer and fasting. This prayer and fasting with revelation and the prophetic brought changes of destiny to the nation of Israel and the Jewish people.

At the end of the time of fasting he entered into visions and dreams, and had a visitation of an angel from Heaven. During his fasting time he was aided in the supernatural in spiritual warfare. During his time of fasting the spiritual battle above the land between the spiritual prince of Persia and Michael the archangel, and through fasting give aid to the angel to win the spiritual battle.

Through much prayer and fasting you can change destiny. Through much prayer and fasting you can change a destiny of a nation, today we are greater then Daniel then the prophets and heroes of old, we are greater then the apostles and the saints of the book of acts.

Through much fasting and much prayer with revelation, with prophetic, with angels, with spiritual warfare we can change the destiny of nations, cities and people groups for the glory of Christ and the Kingdom of God.

Here we see with Daniel he was only one person, but he change the destiny of a nation. What will happen if there was an army of much prayer of much fasting to change destiny?

Through much fasting through much prayer we can bring forth the fruits of fasting, many breakthroughs, and change the world around us. We don't have to settle for the world around us, we can change it through faith and patience in much fasting and much prayer.

Esther was in a place of divine appointment to change the destiny for her people. Such as a time was that, and now we are in the days that we can change the world around us. Esther along with her people fasted to change their destiny, fasted for divine protection, and fasted for the Lord to change the heart and ways of a wicked king. Can this not happen today? Can this not happen all over the world? (Est. 4:16)

Furthermore, it is time for an outpouring of grace for fasting upon the church; it is time to add fasting to the prayer movements. It is to have a deep hungry and desire for much prayer with much fasting.

5.Fruits of Fasting

Fasting beings it own rewards. We need to see and understand these fruits that come forth in our lives and the reasons we are fasting. If you fast according to the Holy Scriptures, in faith, or by the leading of the Holy Spirit and with the pure motives you will see the fruits of fasting. You not may see the first times, but if you are faithful you will see these fruits, and some these fruits could come weeks or days after you fasted, etc.

Let look at some of the fruits of fasting so we can understand the power of fasting and the power that comes through fasting. In a later teaching I will speak on the steps of fasting. In addition, you may not reap all these fruits at one time but you will reap some of them, and some others the next so it is not always the same. The points is that fasting will bring forth fruits.

40.Change the hearts of authority. (Esther 4:16)

I hope that these fruits of fasting will help you to understand the power of fasting and power that comes through fasting.

6.Hungry Element of Fasting

When a person fast it should be ether be done in faith or by the leading of the Holy Spirit. This is why we should search the Holy Scriptures on the topic of fasting, besides these two reasons for fasting is the purpose I was lead to write these articles.

When I was a teenager I fasted many times, almost every week, and some few times every other day for a whole month. One of the breakthroughs or manifestations I had was a divine visitation from our Lord Jesus Christ, He give me a vision for my life and laid His hands on me, from that day forth I had supernatural experiences, and prophecy, visions and revelation from the Word of God flow like a river in my life.

Now over these last few years I have again been led to fast for the things that the Lord has place upon my heart. I begun to see the fruits and rewards of fasting again, I then began to write on the topic of fasting, that others might enjoy the power of fasting.

The foundation scriptures of the fasting articles are based upon Isaiah 58, Daniel 9, Joel 1:13-14,2:12-17, Matthew 4:1-11, 6:16-18, 17:20-21, Mark 9:29, Luke 5:33-35, Acts 10:30, Acts 13: 1-4. 1 Corinthians 7:5.

There are four kinds of fasting; the normal fast is going without food for a definite period of time. (Judges 20:26) The absolute fast is going without food or water, and should be short, the partial fast includes omitting one meal a day, or omitting certain foods for a certain period, and then there is the rotational fast involves avoiding certain foods periodically.

Where did fasting come from in history, it came from the seven-day the Sabbath day of rest. When God rested on the seventh day, the Sabbath rest may have been designed for the digestive system as well as for the spiritual.

Otherwise, the first mention of fasting in Scriptures is the 40-day fast of Moses when he met with the God on Mount Sinai and received directions; the second 40-day fast was during which the tables of stone were replaced. (Ex. 34:28, Deut. 9:9, Deut. 9:18)

The meaning of fasting; the noun "fast, a fasting" is tsom in Hebrew, and nesteia in Greek. It means voluntary abstinence from food. The meaning of fasting is to afflict oneself, to afflict one's soul. (Psa. 69:10, Ezra 8:21, Psa. 35:13, 2 Chron. 20:3,4, Matt. 17:21)

There is something about the hungry element of fasting. You fast; before you fast write down the reasons you are fasting, ask God for the grace of fasting and the anointing for fasting during your fast, tell the Lord how long you will fast. In the beginning of your fast pray about the things and reasons you are fasting, and believe that you have received them, and thank God for them, also believe for the fruits of fasting.

When you are fasting pray much during that time, read, study and, meditate on the Holy Scriptures, read anointed books, etc. During your fast when you become hungry, there is something about the hungry element of fasting. I personal believe this is the most powerful time of the fast, at this time we should pray more, believe the Lord for breakthroughs, and be ready for spiritual warfare. Besides, there could be spiritual warfare before, during and after your fasting so be ready and prepared. (Matt. 4:1-11, LK. 4:1-15)

Apart from that, there are the guidelines for individual fasting, which I have talked about in my last articles, and then there are certain addition guidelines about corporate fasting. Here are some of the guidelines for a corporate fast. 1. Teach and give faith on fasting before the fast. 2. A set leader or set group of leaders Proclaim a fast throughout a group of people. 3. Set times and dates of fasting. 4. Prayer meetings and corporate prayer gatherings. 5. Special ministry times, etc. 6. Breaking a fast together and breaking a fast with celebration. (Lev. 23:27, 1 Sam. 14:24, 2 Chron. 20:3, Joel 2:15, Jonah 3:5-9, Jer. 36:9, Ezra 8:21-23, Est. 4:15, 16, Est. 9:30, 31)

Furthermore, The Holy Spirit is also the Spirit of Fasting. As the Spirit of Prayer comes upon many in our time, the Spirit of Fasting will come too. There is an anointing and a grace to fast, and I believe this will come again upon the church as a working of the Spirit and the one of the fruits that will come forth will be revivals. (Isa. 58:5-7)

7.Power of Fasting

You can find fasting throughout the Bible, and even in the New Testament Church. It is a good thing for you to study the Bible about the topic of fasting before you begin fasting, so that you fast more in faith, for the Lord only honors those things and acts done with faith and from a pure heart.

I personal believe that fasting again will come forth more in the church; many of God's people from around the world will know the power of fasting. Also, I believe there is anointing and grace to fast, and this anointing and grace is being poured and release upon the body of Christ today.

Another thing I see throughout the Bible is that Prophets and Apostles were much into fasting. I believe again not only apostles and prophets will learn again the power of fasting, instead all leaders in the church.

Fasting cannot be without much prayer; we first must be prayerful people before we become fasting people. Fasting and prayer goes hand in hand. Those who pray much will enter into much fasting.

Another thing when fasting is done right it is healthy for the body. God's people can fast at least a few days every mouth and even two week every year. But now I say God is bring forth a Holy Spirit lead fast as the Lord place upon our hearts to fast for certain things that is on His mind. Most of the fasting times should not be without the leading of the Holy Spirit.

What is fasting in your own words? Fasting is an act of faith to unlock the supernatural in the Holy Spirit to be applied toward certain things that you're fasting about. Fasting is a form of prayer, that through the whole being we are praying through an act of fasting. Fasting is the denying self and human appetites, once when you deny yourself of food other appetites will begin to die and you will begin to live your life unto God. Fasting can be a molding of self unto a true spiritual life in Christ Jesus. Fasting is an act of presenting your body as a living sacrifice for the service of the Lord. Fasting removes barriers that hinder us from hearing and feeling God in our lives.

Now what can a fast do, when you do it in faith, and what is the power of fasting? Fasting has the power to loose the bonds of the wickedness. Fasting has the power to undo the heavy burdens. Fasting has the power to let the oppressed go free. Fasting has the power to break every yoke. (Isa. 58)

Fasting goes along with deliverance for some demons do not go out except by prayer and fasting. In addition, there other things that may not happen without the power of fasting. So here we see the power of fasting can have on the kingdom of darkness. Fasting has the power to deal with our unbelief, to free us free from unbelief so our faith is not hinder to do the works of the ministry, or to walk in the supernatural. (Matt. 16:17)

Fasting has the power to release breakthrough to us when we are in times of spiritual warfare. When Daniel prayed for 21 days he also fasted unto the Lord, this move upon Him through the prophetic words from the prophet Jeremiah. Fasting has power to unlock prophetic fulfillment. Here we see that through fasting strength and divine assistants was release upon Michael the archangel to do battle against the prince of Persia so that Gabriel can deliver the divine message to Daniel. Here we see that fasting has the power to aid angels, and to release angels into the battle, and to open the doors for visions, visitation from angels, and to reactive prophetic words and to open your ears to hear the voice of the Lord. (Dan. 9)

When we fast you are to set time apart for such a fasted, we to be prayerful doing the time of fasting, during our time of fasting we are to minister to the Lord. During our time of fasting we are to believe for the Holy Spirit to speak to us. If you are married you are be apart of your wife, meaning sexual contact cannot happen during the time of fasting, so first you must get your spouse permission first before you fast. However, do not go around telling people you are fasting, fasting is to between you and the Lord. Before you fast or at the beginning of you fast tell the Lord the reasons why you're fasting, and ask Him for those certain things, them believe that you receive the rewards of your fasting and begin to thank him. When you fast anointed your head with anointing oil and ask the Lord to anointed you during this fast, not only to fast, also to have the touch of God. Then believe for angels to minister to you during your fasting time. (Matt. 6:16-18)

There could be spiritual warfare during your fasting time, however, there could be angels ministering and giving you strength too. (Matt. 4:1-11)

There is the personal fast, and then there the corporate fast; that is when spiritual leaders proclaim a fast throughout their company or the land. (Joel 1:13-14,2:1,12-17)

8.Spirit of Fasting

Fasting again we come a faithful practice in the church. A believer is to study the Holy Scriptures on fasting in order to fast in faith; Isaiah 58, Daniel 9, Joel 1:13-14, 2:12-17, Matthew 4:1-11, Luke 4:14, Luke 5:33-35, Matthew 6:16-18, Matthew 17:21, Acts 13:1-3, Acts 10:30-31, 1 Corinthians 7:5. Fasting afflicts our soul; it is self-denying ourselves of food, etc in an act of faith, and a form of prayer and intercession, and fasting is to be done with prayer.

The Spirit of Grace and the Spirit of Supplication is being poured out upon the church, this will lead to a pouring out of revelation upon the believers, and will lead to an outpouring of prophecy, visions and dreams, and this will lead to an outpouring of signs and the gifts of the Holy Spirit upon the church.

The Spirit of prayer is being poured out around the world in many nations. Prayer ministries, prayer armies, prayer centers, Internet prayer ministries, and pray groups are raising up around the world, this will lead to a greater outpouring of prayer and intercession upon the church.

Along with is outpouring of prayer will come an outpouring of the Spirit of Fasting giving the grace of fasting and restoration a faithful practice of fasting to the church. Fasting again will become a practice and lifestyle in the church.

As the Internet will be used more and more for prayer, the Spirit of Prayer and the Spirit of Fasting will be pour out in extraordinary measure upon the Church on the Internet. This will lead to an outpouring of revelation, revival, unity and blessings upon the Church on the Internet.

9.Steps of Fasting

In this article we will give some guidelines to aid you in the beginning of the practice of fasting. Some of these you already know and some of them you don't know yet. Then there are those here are for the first time hearing a sermon on fasting! Then there are some of you seeing fasting as a hard thing to do or practice. I hope that Holy Spirit will change our views and attitudes about fasting. (Col. 3:1-3)

First and foremost a person needs to lay the foundation for fasting before they entered into deep times of fasting. Yes you can fast without knowing any thing or even little about fasting, you just move out in simplicity faith. (Matt. 6:16-18)

6.If you are married tell your mate before you fast.
7.Deal with your flesh during fasting.
8.If lead give money or food to those in need.

Before you begin your fasting:

1.Write down the requests and reasons for fasting, then pray and believe God for the rewards at the beginning of you fast.

Furthermore as you fast ask for grace and anointing to fast. As you fast believe in the fruits of fasting. Allow the Lord to speak to you on personal matters, etc. Allow Him to change your life. Fasting is a key that opens doors for the Lord to change our hearts.

10.Through Much Prayer and Fasting

Through much prayer and fasting will come spiritual power; It has been said where are the signs and wonders? Let us understanding these things. The saints must be equipped to do the work of ministry in signs and wonders. The Lord does not want only a few to walk in the power of God, for the power of God is the common power of God to all believers in Christ. Next as the Lord is restoring apostles, He is restoring parts of the apostolic unto the fullness of apostolic soon the Lord will restore the sings and wonders part of an apostle; apostles in turned along with other ministers will begin equipping and leading the body of Christ in power and demonstration in the Holy Spirit.

There are certain ways that spiritual power will come in our lives as believers in Christ. The first and foremost is the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the second we must walk in a fruitful relationship with the Lord, the third is that we must know the gifts of Spirit that are giving to each one of us and begun to walk in them, forth we must know it is the common believer that is to do the work of the ministry not the church leadership. Fifth we must know that all believers and called to walk in signs, wonders, and the power of God. Sixth through much prayer, and through much prayer and much fasting, and the seventh we must have a better wineskin. Above all it is grace of God upon our lives.

Through much prayer and fasting will open the doors for spiritual power to come in our lives. It is time for a revelation of the power of fasting and how adding fasting to prayer will speed things up in our lives and bring forth breakthroughs. We need to read throughout the Bible on the subject of fasting. However, they're Christians who fast and not pray, instead it is fasting and prayer working together.

Now I have seen groups who fast and pray a lot, and even ministers who fast and pray and they see nothing or even little fruit. Why is this, let us try to understand these. The Lord calls for the work patience along with fasting and prayer, we need a prophetic vision to fast with purpose, fasting in faith, we need to have the right heart and right mind when it comes to fasting and prayer. Next we need to change our lifestyles, we see an anointed meeting how God touches and brings forth breakthroughs then after the meetings are over the believers go back and even the church to the same lifestyles and same walk in God.

We need group fasting and group praying. There are times when the church leaders and apostles must call forth times of prayer and fasting where a whole church will pray and fasting. Now I believe in these days we will see the purpose and action of this become a way of life in the church and a faithful action of faith. Those who lead group fasting must set the guidelines, set the purpose and reasons for fasting, and how to apply those fasting times, and wisdom giving to the church, every fast is not the same, and set up times for prayer gatherings. Now when you fast a personal fast be prayerful and ask for the Holy Spirit to led you. This too will become a faithful action of faith in the church.

Through much prayer and fasting will come spiritual power, in addition, there will come the sending anointing, and supernatural release upon your life, and a special grace.

Through much prayer and fasting we enter into spiritual power, the key versus is in Acts 13: 1-3. They fasted and prayed, and there came the sending anointing, and supernatural release upon Paul, Barnabas and I even think that the Antioch church and it's elder came under the same blessing and grace; since when you sent out another in the authority of the Holy Spirit you too are being sent. Here they minister to the Lord and fasted. When you fast you need to minister to the Lord in worship and prayer. So here they fasted, prayed, ministered to the Lord, and heard the Holy Spirit and fellow His leading. This is how we are to fast.

Moreover, Daniel when into a time of prayer and fasting in Daniel 9, here he read the prophetic word of Jeremiah, and he understood them, He prayed, fasted, prayed prophetic prayers and did spiritual warfare. In times of deep fasting there will be warfare in order to have the fruits of fasting. In addition, Daniel has angels visiting, and visions and dreams. This is why we need the Holy Spirit leading us in fasting and prayer. When we fasting by the leading of Holy Spirit we will see breakthroughs come over our lands.

In addition, we come to Jesus went he fasted and prayed for 40 days in Matthew 4. Here he already had the Holy Spirit without measure, but still needed to fast and pray. We must go through times of fasting, testing, temptation, and suffering and wilderness time to begin to walk in the power of God. So you see He had warfare, and angels ministered to Him. I am not saying that we all are to go on a 21 days or 40 days fast, what I am saying be led by the Holy Spirit. One of the ways we walk in spiritual power is through the pathway of prayer and fasting. Above all it is by the grace of God we walk in the power of God.

Before you begun fasting and praying for spiritual power first apply these things: study the Holy Scriptures on fasting and read books on fasting, examine your heart and mind, have a vision and purpose for your life and fasting, pray for wisdom, pray for revelation, and ask for the leading of the Holy Spirit. In addition ask for grace and the anointing of fasting.  Moreover, write down the reasons for your fasting.

Yes I believe there is a grace and anointing for fasting, and to fast supernatural by the leading of the Holy Spirit. We can ask for it. And they're same who are called to the fasting life and have this grace and anointing. But I believe the church will begin to have the fasting life. What are coming upon the prayer movements around the world are the fasting grace and the fasting anointing. You can ask for this anointing for certain time, you don't need to have the fasting life. The church will have the fasting life where all members bear the ministry of fasting and praying.

Furthermore, some of the fruits of fasting are found in Isaiah 58. The Lord wants us to seek Him in prayer and fasting. Begin today in discovering the power of fasting.

11.A Time of Fasting

There are times to fast, these are times that we must fast, there are fasting led by the Holy Spirit, however something through what we are facing we must fast to get through those times. We still need the leadership of the Holy Spirit in all times of fasting. Fasting is planting seeds for feasting times to come. (LK. 5:35)

First and foremost there are corporate fasting times, when set men or set women of God lead by the Holy Spirit and by faith will declare a holy fast unto the Lord, during those times there will be corporate prayer services, for fasting must be done with much prayer. Fasting is a form of prayer, fasting add power to our prayers, and fasting is work of grace and faith. (Joel 1:13-14, 2:1,2:12-17)

In coming days as the arising apostolic city church comes forth and new apostolic congregations come into an holy alliance with apostolic vision for their city and the church of the city, there will be times of corporate fasting, with corporate prayer gatherings at the apostolic city church centers. (Joel 2:1)

In coming days as the church of a nation comes into unity and vision, they will come times of corporate fasting and nation wide prayer meetings all over a nation. Furthermore, as the church arise as the city of God, and the church arise globally as the global church, the whole church will come into times of corporate fasting and corporate prayer meetings throughout the church around the world. (Acts 10, Acts 11:27-30)

As the new apostolic city church centers arise, there will be set fasting days every month, and even in a new apostolic congregation there is to be set times to fast at least once a mouth. The elders meaning plurality elders with a set elder, first among equals; should enter and set days to fast at least once a month. They should be men and women of prayer and fasting ministering unto the Lord; having a life of prayer and fasting. In addition, intercessor teams should set days to fast with prayer, and there could be teams set apart that has anointing to fast more times along aside of the prayer teams of a new apostolic congregation. (Isa. 62:6-7)

Apostles and prophets are the foundational leadership of the Church and our Lord Jesus Christ is the Chief leader of the Church, there is only one chief leader that is Christ, the head of the Church, the Chief Apostle of the whole church. The Apostles and Prophets under the leadership of Christ and the Holy Spirit will lead the church into times of corporate fasting. (Joel 2:1)

Apart from that, we come to personal fasting, every believe should set a day apart to fast and prayer unto the Lord at least every month. To fast and pray for communion and ministering to the Lord, for we minister to the Lord with fasting and praying, not just prayer along.

When you fast, you are to prayer, fasting and praying goes hand on hand, you ether fast by the leading of the Spirit or by faith, and before, etc. you fast you write down the reasons and purpose of your fast, then pray over them and thank the Lord for the rewards of fasting, also believe for fruits of fasting. (Isa. 58, Matt. 6:16-16)

Notwithstanding, there are other times that we need to fast, it may be that we don't want to fast, instead we have to fast, let those times be by faith and ask the Holy Spirit to lead and guide you during your fast, and fast with much prayer. (Joel)

Times of suffering, trials, persecutions, hard times, and tests, etc. these are times that we need and must fast, do these times in faith not fear, not in worry instead in much hope and faith with patience. (Jam. 1:2-8)

Fasting on the behalf of other believers, who are suffering, and fasting for the healing of those who are sick, fasting for believers to have deliverance, fasting for those who are suffering or going through persecution for Christ. (Isa. 58, Jam. 5:13-18, Heb. 13:3)

Fasting for financial reasons, such as debts, financial sufferings, financial lack, financial setbacks, and financial goals and financial breakthroughs. (Isa. 58)

Fasting for open doors and open gates for the good news, fasting for favor and open doors to minister the Word, fasting for success in ministry for the glory of the name of Christ. (2 Thess. 3:1-5, Col. 4:2-4, Eph. 6:18-19, 1 Cor. 16:9, 2 Cor. 6:1-10)

Fasting for unity, fasting for city church unity, fasting for common ground and common vision, fasting to end divisions and stop strife, etc. and bring lasting unity in the church of the city, etc. (Rom. 16:17-20, 1 Cor. 1:10)

Fasting for divine protection, fasting for protection from evildoers, fasting to stop evil works against you. Fasting for angelic protection. (Ezra 8:21-23, Esther 4:15-16)

Fasting to stop and hinder terrorism, fasting against the demons of jihad, religious terrorists, spirits of hated and murder, the plots of terrorists, fear, violence, an evil spirits against America. (1 Tim. 2:1-8)

Fasting on the behalf of your city, region, or your nation, even fasting for nations and cities and people groups around the world. (Gen. 18:16-33)

Fasting against demon spirits, witchcrafts spirits, witchcraft prayers, and controlling spirits and religious spirits, etc. (Isa. 58)

Fasting in times of spiritual warfare, fasting to gain ground and keep the ground in times of spiritual warfare. (Dan. 9, Eph. 6:10-13,18-19)

Fasting for your future, vision, purpose, plan and goals, fasting for visions, revelation, and prophecy. (Jer. 29:10-13)

Nevertheless, when you fast there could be spiritual warfare before your fast, during your fast, or after your fast, this is why we must pray for protection over our life and fasting time. Only tell a few people that you are fasting, never, never talk about that your fasting, you only tell those who need to know, like your mate or spiritual overseer, and your prayer support. (Dan. 9, Matt. 4:1-11)

Furthermore, when you fast you don't fast with fear or unbelief, instead you fast for reasons you believe in God, and that God is on your side, and that He will help you, and that you will have victory and overcome all things that your facing. When you fast you fast with faith that the Lord has always helped you, that you already have the breakthroughs, that you already have the fulfillment of prayers and prophetic words, and that God hears you and has made a way. You fast for you know what God said in His Word and that you're in good hands and His mercy and goodness is coming, and has already came forth in your life. (1 Cor. 15:57-58)

12.Restoration of Fasting

In my teen years the Lord blessed me with the witness of faithful saints who were faithful in fasting and much prayer. I to felt the deep leading of the Holy Spirit and burden of fasting, the burden of fasting is a liberty burned of the liberty of the Spirit. Throughout my teen years I fasted many times, and I prayed many times, I loved to fast and I believed in the power of fasting. Now in the last five years again I have been led to fast many times and to fast often and pray much, during this time the Holy Spirit begun to give me teachings from the Word of God, Word Revelation about the power of fasting. I believe that in my teen years of fasting was a time of preparation for my future ministry and my holy calling, you know our calling is holy, and during these last five years of fasting, I have seen breakthrough and the fruits of fasting when I fasted. (Heb. 13:7)

We have come to a day in time, that the restoration of fasting is happening before our very ears and very eyes, a revelation of fasting and teaching on fasting is being giving to the church, fasting will become river of freshness in the church. (LK. 5:33-35)

The Lord in His wisdom is pouring out an outpouring of prayer and fasting upon the church in our time, we are living in the beginning days of times of fasting and much prayer. The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Prayer and the Spirit of Fasting, and we have entered into a holy outpouring of the Spirit of Prayer and a holy outpouring of the Spirit of Fasting. (Zech. 12:10)

Fasting again will become a practice of faith in the church beginning in our days, beginning in this new season of sowing seeds of prayer and fasting to reap signs, wonders, manifestations of the Spirits, miracles, raising the dead, salvation of the masses, and revivals. (Gal. 6:7-9)

As the church obeys the holy practice of prayer and fasting, revivals will rain like water upon the church, the more we fast and pray with revelation and prophetic anointing we will see the wells of past revivals reborn, and even greater and we will see the fulfillments of prayers and prophetic words about the coming revivals. (1 Tim. 1:18, 2:1-8)

There will be prophets and apostles who will be raise up for the purpose to lead the church in prayer and fasting, this will be a great work of the Spirit that bring forth the will of the Lord and of the Kingdom in the earth in our generation. (Joel 2:1)

Soon prayer and fasting will be practice by faith and by the leading of the Holy Spirit all over America in the Church, the deep callings of the Spirit is coming upon the Church in a heavy and deep spiritual prophetic burden. The reaping of these times of deep prayer and prophetic acting, will be massive repentances all over the church of America, and the Spirit of Repentance will be poured out all over America, great repentance is coming to America, and then this fire of great repentance will go to the nations of the world. It will begin within a city, when the believers of a city begin to fast and pray often, the signs of coming revival will be seen; then a gate of revival will be open. (Rev. 8:3-4)

When we fast, we fast to change the ways of the world to the ways of the Lord, when we fast we fast to change the hearts of the masses, soon very soon an grace and anointing will come with deep prophetic insight into the power of fasting and the leadership of the Holy Spirit will lead great numbers in the church around the world in fasting, and this is only the beginning. (Amos 2:11-12,8:9-12)

Furthermore, the restoration of fasting is beginning, the practice of fasting is going to be lay with the hearts of the saints around the world. Our eyes and ears are being open to the leading of the Holy Spirit in fasting and much prayer and the revelation of fasting is being release in our time. (2 Pet. 1:2-12)

13.Fasting and Praying for Israel

God so Love the World that He gave and sent His only begotten Son, our Lord Jesus Christ to die and redeem us through His Blood and His resurrection. (Jn. 3:16, Rev. 5:9)
