Reconstruction of the Church part one We have already enter into the time of reformation when the church will be reconstructed to the Word of God, Nature of Christ, Order of God, the Will of God, and of the ways of the Holy Spirit. This reformation is the third reformation; this is a reformation of all things in the church. (Heb. 9:10) The first reconstruction of the church will be the reconstruction to relationship; for most of the history of the church has been without relationship, we have be building outside of relationship, and our fellowships are not base on relationship, and therefore we have been in a famine of relationship and love for some time, this has open the door for certain things to enter the church. (1 Jn. 1:1-10) We must build the walls and the gates, the walls are called salvation and the gates are called praise. Christ is the King of kings and Lord of lords over His Kingdom and He is the Head and Chief Apostle over the whole church and all apostles, prophets and leaders. He is building two houses; one is the Kingdom of God, the other is the Church. The foundation of the Church is the Apostles and Prophets, and Jesus Christ is the Chief Cornerstone. The Church is build upon the Kingdom of God; the Church is a city build at the top of the Kingdom of God. The foundation of the Kingdom of God is the Rock of Christ, the Rock of Christ grow into a great mountain, which is called the Kingdom of God. We must know the purpose of the Church and the purpose of the Kingdom; the Church is the priesthood of the Kingdom of God, we are at the beginning of end of restoration of the priesthood and the priest, now we are entering into the beginning of the restoration of the kings of the Kingdom. This is why we have enter into this reformation, and God will use apostles in this holy reformation, and He will use apostles is rising up the kings of His Kingdom. The next steps are the equipping of the saints and then the step of rising of the kings of the Kingdom. (Rev. 1:5-6, 5:10, 1 Pet. 2:5,9) We lead people to Christ; then we lead them away from Christ! Living for Christ is ongoing relationship with Him; through our so-called Churchianity we have been leading them away. We must establish young believers in their relationship with Christ and their relationship with one another. First and foremost the church must be build on relationship and then revelation. Relationship is living in the love of Christ and loving one another, then relationship is the doorway for revelation to flow in our lives; revelation is truth and Grace. (Matt. 22:37-39, Deut. 6:5, Jn. 13:34-35, Gal. 5:14) When a believer comes to know Christ they are a babe, as they grow they become children, and then young men, and from their they become fathers, or you can say mature believers. Milk is for babes and children. We are feed the lamps, and then we are to feed the sleep with the meat of the Word. The meat of the Word is for young men and fathers or you can say mature believers. (Heb. 5:12-14) When a person comes to know Christ they need to be discipleship; which is the teaching of the elementary principles of Christ and reaching a point when a person can stand on their two own feet as a believer in Christ. Today we have many who cannot stand on their two own feet. How can they stand after all they have done if we do not first establish them in the elementary principles of faith? (Matt. 28:19-20) A congregation is the network of home cells. Home cells are the place where we build relationship. After babes in Christ pass through the door of discipleship, then they need to enter into a fellowship of believers in a home cell. A home cell is the place where there is relationship, ministry of the gifts of the Spirit, caring for one another, eating together, and praying for one another. (Acts 2:42, 46) This is why home cell leaders must be train, they must work in a team, and every thing in a congregation must be done in teams. Home Cell leaders carry the function of pastors to the congregation, and leadership is raised up among the home cell leaders. The need for a pastor changes; babes and children need a pastor to feed and care for them more, however young men and mature believers don't need a pastor like babes and children do, instead they need a pastor for fellowship, prayer, and encouragement. Children are equipped, young men are mentor and father. After one goes through discipleship they are to be equipped for the work of the ministry. The saints are to do the work of the ministry the five-fold ministry is to equip the saints, apostles and prophets are the foundation of the church, the first and second in church government, and the apostles, prophets and teachers are to minister in work of the government of the church. (Eph. 4:11-12, 1 Cor. 12:28) The Home Cells are for relationship, fellowship, prayer, encouragement, and accountability. The congregation is for corporate worship, vision, equipping, and apostolic and prophetic ministry. Apostles, prophets and teachers minister within the whole of the congregation. An apostle is the senior elder of a congregation, along with other apostles, prophets, and teachers. The leadership of the whole congregation is mature ministers, which are called elders. A congregation is when home cells come together for corporate ministry. (1 Cor. 12:28) 2. Reconstruction of the Church part two There is coming in the Body of Christ a strong sense of unity that will build into more deeps of unity. Unity is biblical and it's the will of Christ for the Church, it is the order of God, it is the government of the church, and the pathway to the Kingdom of God. (Psa. 133) Apart of the reconstruction of the church is going to the next stage of city church, right now many city churches are at pastoral unity, however soon we will mature unto apostolic unity. Unity in vision, unity in prayer, worship, and prophetic watch is coming to many city churches around the world. Every believer and church leader must step upon the step of unity to move on to greater levels with Christ. (1 Cor. 1:10) Unity is coming, however for unity to come there must be a reformation of unity. So many churches and church leaders don't believe in the church coming into the fullness of unity, which is the unity of the faith, which is the mature city church. In our time I don't think we will see the mature city church, instead the next stage of city church. (Matt. 16:18-19, 18:18-20) A reformation of unity is coming; it is apart of the third reformation of the church, which is also called the new apostolic reformation. A reformation of unity is coming in a strong sense of unity in the hearts of many believers around the world, unity will be renewed in our minds, for unity is biblical, meaning biblical unity, there will come more increase common bond and common ground among Christians. Christians will seem as together instead of divided by so many differences, and our differences is what will bring us together. The Church will become like Christ in His image and likeness, and this is the unity that is coming. In addition, we will go to the next stage of the city church. (Eph. 4:16) In this holy reformation there are waves of reformation; the wave of church government, and structure, a wave of equipping the saints for the work of the ministry, and believers doing the work of the ministry, a wave of signs and wonders, a waves of harvests of souls, a wave of foundations for revivals and lasting revivals, and the believers entering into the workplace ministry, and a reformation of unity. (Heb. 9:10) There is only one church in every city, called the city church. There are many congregations, and each of them has many home cells. The city church is a network of congregations, and the congregation is a network of home cells. There will be a city church alliances forming a city church networks, lead by city church apostles, and there will be a city church center where there will be 24/7 prayer, worship and prophetic watch. This next stage will build environment for lasting revivals, and habitational revival to come and dwell among the city church, rest upon the city church in our cities. (Rev. 1-4) Today there is too much division over doctrinal issues and ethnic issues, congregations are more divided over ethnic issues then doctrinal issues. These are all masks of hated, pride, strife, envy, and selfish ambition, those who divided the church are not the friends of Christ, are not the friends of the bridegroom, instead they are spiritual wolfs, goats, swine, and dogs. The Holy Spirit dwells in the hearts of believes by faith, however He will not rest upon congregations that don't love one another. Unity is loving one another sample as that, when we misjudge the church we bring judghement upon ourselves. (Phil. 2:1-11) Do you know believers in other congregations within your city, do you have relationship with believers in other congregations, and is it a real relationship? Do you fellowship outside your own group mindsets? (Jn. 13:34-25) The Holy Spirit is doing a work in our hearts to come together not only in center meeting, in addition in fellowship in coffee houses in love, prayer, and the Word. I believe this will bring a revival of love. We have seen a move of faith, we have seen a move of hope, now we shall see a move of love, and then there will be a move of all three; faith, hope and love which is a move of the supernatural. (1 Cor. 12, 13, 14) 3. Reconstruction of the Church part three Reformation, restoration, revival, repentance, reconciliation, regeneration, and redemption are all words meaning return, and to restore what was, however what the Holy Spirit is doing He is restoring the Church truly, and He is building the church to be even more greater then in the Book of Acts. (Matt. 16:18) Nevertheless, it is reformation, restoration to what God the Father sees, what Jesus Christ the Son of God, which is our Lord sees, and what the Holy Spirit sees, and their vision and plan for the church, so it is restoration, so it is reformation. (Ex 25:9) In this holy reformation there is coming revolution between God's vision for the church and man's vision for the church, between the old and the new, between the nature of man church and the supernatural church. This will be a revolution of grace, love, patience, and truth. This revolution is only apart in the process and progress of this holy reformation, which is the third reformation of the church. The follow chapter will be a reconstruction of the Church. (Heb. 9:10) Unfortunately, today's church we only have the one-person man, is not the one new man ministry, instead this is the one rulership ministry of human wisdom. This begun through the deeds of Diotrephes, this is one of the elements of the apostasy church. There is no place in congregation environment where the senior leader was a pastor. Pastors are cell home leaders, they are not first in the order of church government. Pastors are apart of the ministry of the grace of the Lord Jesus Christ. The congregation is lead by a team of elders with a leading elder leading them. This leading elder is an apostle. Pastoral epistles is not Pastoral Epistles instead they are Apostolic Epistles. Timothy and Titus are apostles not pastors. (1 Thess. 2:6-11) We must create environment in our congregations for the multi ministry, body ministry, spiritual gifts, prophetic ministry, and the supernatural. We can see this revelation in First Corinthians 12, 13, 14. We are to create this environment through teaching the Holy Scriptures, Word revelation, and prophetic revelation. The congregation must be environment for the supernatural, mentoring, fathering, rising, activation and maturating of spiritual gifts. The congregation must be environment for freedom, liberty, revival, supernatural, manifestation of the Holy Spirit and order; this order is laid down through revelation. (1 Cor. 12, 13, 14) Believers are called to be priests, the church is the priesthood of the Kingdom of God, and the saints are to be equipped for the work of the ministry. Every believer has a ministry; every believer has a spiritual gift, every believer has a function and a place in the congregation and the Body of Christ. (Eph. 4:12, 1 Pet. 2:5, 9) After a believer have been through discipleship, they are to be equipped and raised up in their spiritual gifts, they are to be place with others with same spiritual gifting in order to learn from one another, and they to be place with those who are more mature in the same gifting in order to mentor them. (1 Jn. 2:12-14) Apart from that, the apostles are to rise up the king for the Kingdom, every believer is called to be a king, every believer is called to the work of the Kingdom, and we need prophets to impart into the lives of the kings of the Kingdom of Christ. (Rev. 1:6, 5:10, Acts 6:1-8) The five ministries of Christ are to equip the saints for the work of the ministry, and apostles are rising up kings to change the world in the workplace and the marketplace. (Eph. 4:11-12, Acts 6:1-8) In the congregation we must raise up those with gifts of healing, working of miracles for the local congregational healing ministry, we are to rise up those anointed in deliverance for the local congregational deliverance ministry. We are to rise up intercessors for the local congregational prayer ministry, we are to raise up those anointed for evangelism for the local congregational evangelism ministry, etc. (1 Pet. 4:7-11) In additional, we are to train and mentor those called into the five ministries of grace, and we are train and rise up home cell leaders, etc. (Matt. 4:19) Some congregations may not have every kind of ministry, this could be an opportunity to lean on other congregations within your city, Christ is calling us to be one another congregations working and leaning on one another in Christ. One may be blessed with a healing ministry and the other with a deliverance ministry; one will lean on other congregation for healing ministry and the other will lean on another congregation for deliverance, etc. (Phil. 2:1-11) As we move to the next transition for the city church, some ministries will be place to minister at the city level, and for the service of the city church. Congregations will rise up ministries to minister and serve the city church and city. (Gal. 5:13-14) All believers should be equipped to pray, witness, cast out demons and heal the sick, and flow in prophecy, visions and dreams. (MK. 16:17-18) Moreover, there are those who will rise up in prophetic gifts and the gift of the prophet, they will be for the local congregational prophetic ministry. Season prophets, mature prophets and prophetic elders will lead and supervises the local congregational prophetic ministry and oversee the prophetic and supernatural manifestation of the whole congregation, and during corporate services. (1 Cor. 14:26-33) Apart from that, the city church will have a prophetic ministry, and there will be city church prophets that will minister at city church level. (1 Cor. 12:4-6) In addition, the local congregation leadership is first a team of elders, these are not only season ministers, instead they are mature ministers, and this team of elders is lead by an apostle. There could be more then two apostles serving with the team of elders and following the senior leader, the set apostle. The order among the elders is first apostles, second prophets, and the third teachers, and then others will follow. There is unity and openness among the elders. Within the congregation there may be other apostles, prophets, teachers, evangelists, and pastors. (1 Cor. 12:28, Acts 13:1) Above all the Holy Spirit wants the congregation to move into body ministry instead of a one-person rule ministry. Body ministry is a congregation becoming multi-ministry in the corporate anointing. (Psa 133) 4. Reconstruction of the Church part four The Holy Spirit is speaking to the Church; pray that you have ears to hear what He is saying; a hearing hear will lead to an overcoming life, and a hearing ear will lead to revelation faith. Hear the Holy Spirit speaking through prophets and apostles about reformation and revival in the church. The Holy Spirit is rising up apostles and prophets of reformation and revival; reformation will lay the foundation for revivals, lasting revivals and habitational revivals to come. (Heb. 9:10) Word revelation and prophetic revelation is coming through apostles and prophets to create environment for revivals, supernatural, gifts of the Spirit, power of God, manifestations of the Holy Spirit, manifest presence of God, and resting glory. (Eph. 3:5) God's glory will fill the church then overflow into the nations of the earth, we who are apostles and prophets must hear from the Holy Spirit in how to build a wineskin, or you can say wine skins that can hold such glory that is coming, and yes His glory is truly coming, I have seen in visions and revelations. (Ex 25:9, 1 Chron. 22:19, 28:11-12, 2 Chron. 3:1) Today we have many congregations and many groups that deny the power of God; this is a doctrine of demons that they believe. These congregations and groups are no longer in the favor of God and have been mark for burning fire to come and burn them away. (2 Tim. 3:5) We need revelation and on going revelation and increasing revelation, and wisdom of God to build and prepare the way for glory and revival. We must be led through the Holy Spirit to build on the city church level, and on the congregation level; then is so much a divine need to pray, pray, pray for revelation and to pray for building and preparing of the Spirit for the coming revivals and glory. (1 Cor. 2:6-16, 3:10) Revivals will come to every city, every nation and to every place, revival will come the way of life for the church. The Christian life will be a life of revival, and a life of signs and wonders. The Holy Spirit is giving prophetic revelations and visions of the revivals and the glory that is coming. A vision for the church that will be filled with revivals and glory! (Ezek. 1) We by the grace of the Lord, through much prayer will create environment and reconstruction our spiritual houses, congregations and the city church in away for lasting revivals to rest and come upon. (Amos 9:11-12) Reformation is the fire of God burning all groups, congregations, churches, ministries, and every believer's heart, and those ones that are more according to the ways of the Lord for they will too be place through the fires of reformation. Even as a believer you must pray for personal reformation, for corporate reformation to the whole church, and personal reformation will come to every believer. (Acts 3:19) Through revelation we can create environment for the power of God and signs and wonders. We are to witness and flow in the power of God every day of our life, can I have an amen to that brothers and sisters! (MK. 16:17-18) Helpful revelational and visionary ideals to create environment for the power of God: 1. Apostles and prophets are the foundation, senior leaders of the congregation, and the city church. 2. Create environment according to First Corinthians 12, 13, and 14. 3. The Church is to be multi ministry, body ministry. 4. The Church must be a house of prayer, worship and prophetic ministry. 5. The City Church centers must establish where there is 24/7 prayer, worship, and prophetic watch. 6. The saints must be equipped to walk in healing, signs and wonders and the power of God. 7. We must hear what the Holy Spirit is saying to the Prophets and pray for application of the prophetic words. (Isa. 28:13) The saints need to be equipped in the work of Ministry, gifts of the Spirit, healing, casting out demons, and prophetic gifting. All believers should flow in the power of God; flow in the supernatural, all believers should have Word revelation and prophetic revelation, all believers should flow in the gift of prophecy, visions and dreams, and signs and wonders. (MK. 16:17-18, Jn. 14:12-14, Acts 2:17-18) We must rise up within our cities and among our congregations healing ministries, and deliverance ministries. We must rise up supernatural teams they flow in spiritual gifting an extreme ways in faith and love. Those gifted in prophetic gifts, anointed in deliverance ministry, gifting in prayer ministry, and healing ministry in extreme ways need to be brought together in forming supernatural teams that minister in our congregations and cities under apostolic and prophetic oversight. (1 Cor. 12:4-6) The Power of God, signs and wonders and the Supernatural in the Holy Spirit will become every day life in the lives of ever believer that believes in the Power of God. (1 Cor. 2:4-5) 5. Reconstruction of the Church part five In this third reformation a greater outreach will be establish that will lead to the fulfillment of the great commission and massive social transformation. Among the congregations within a city is a greater outreach that only few can see this outreach, this outreach is the key to change our world. It is the key to the fulfillment of the great commission and massive social transformation; this outreach is called the workplace. (Rev. 11:15) The width of the Church is the Marketplace Church, the length of the church is the apostolic church, the depth of the church is the Koinonia Church, and the height of the church is the City Church. (Eph. 3:14-21) The outreach of the City Church is the workplace, is the church in the workplace. This is why there must be alliance between church apostles and marketplace apostles, or you can say workplace apostles, along with prophets. The leadership of the City Church is city apostles and among them are marketplace apostles that have been called to be city church apostles. (Prov. 29:18) The purpose of the Church is to be the bride of Christ, ambassadors of the Kingdom of God, and the Priesthood of the Kingdom of God, the church is the city built on the Great Mountain that is filling the whole earth, which is the Kingdom of God. The Church is limited within their giving purpose however the Kingdom of God is growing everywhere, is in your hearts, and is manifested through you. To move in the purposes of the Church you must be a priest, and to move in the Kingdom you must be a king. (1 Pet. 2:5,9, Rev. 1:6, 5:10) The five grace ministries of Christ are to equip the saints for the work the ministry, which is the priestly ministry of the church. The Apostles, both church apostles and marketplace apostles are to raise up believers to their calling in the Kingdom as kings. (Eph. 4:12, Acts 6:1-8) The Kingdom of God will come in Jerusalem, in Israel, in all cities and in all nations; this is a progress leading up to the return of Christ. The Kingdom of God has already came and begun to fill the earth since the day Jesus seated on His Throne right next to His Father. The Kingdom of God grows throughout the world in every nation and in every city, and the Kingdom of God will fill the whole earth. (LK. 19:11-27, Dan. 2:34-35,44-45) The End Times is a time of the glorious Church, fullness of the City Church, and beginning of the fullness of the Kingdom of God. These reasons are why the outreach of your congregation and the church of your city is the workplace. It is through the workplace the Kingdom of God will fill the Earth, As the Kingdom of God fills the Earth the Church will grow and increase more, but the Kingdom of God will be greater then the church. The Church is the heart of the Kingdom of God, and the believers in the workplace are the ones who will manifest the Kingdom of God and bring social transformation. (Hab. 2:2-3) 6. Biblical Fellowship Many have believe that church life is coming to a local congregation on Sunday hearing worship and then hearing a sermon, and then going home, some will even go to Wednesday night or even Friday. This seemed to be like going to some movie theater, you pay your tithes you hear a good movie then go home. (Jam. 1:21-27, 2:14-26) In addition, it seem the congregation is more a Movie Theater then church life. Now every believer has a ministry, however, they are in the service of the upkeep of the Sunday service, the theater church life. Yes we need those who will assist on Sunday morning aiding with the corporate service. (1 Pet. 4:10-11, 2:4-10) Corporate service is the place for the apostles, prophets and teachers to minister to the new apostolic congregation, however this is only a part of biblical fellowship. (1 Cor. 12:28, Acts 13:1-3) We need the home cell, we need the home church, we need the cell group, and the cell church. This is where the beginning of biblical fellowship begins. The pastoral care and the pastoral ministry are in the home cells. Jesus works in small groups to build relationships, and we are too built relationship with God and with one another in small groups; small groups are the beginning of church life. (Rom. 16:5) Small groups is not only the place for the ministry of the pastor, it is the beginning place of the believers ministry. Biblical fellowship is building on our relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ first and foremost, then to build relationship with follow believers in Christ. Meaning to love God then to love one another. (Jn. 13:34-35) We are to walk in the Light of Christ with one another, this is biblical fellowship, as we walk in the light of Christ, we are to believe for the blood of Jesus Christ to cleanses us from all sin; and biblical fellowship will aid you in your walk with Christ. (1 Jn. 1:7, Jam. 5:13-18) The early believers continued steadfastly in the teachings of the apostles, and fellowship, in eating together, and in prayer. This is biblical fellowship and if we have biblical fellowship we will see the fear of the Lord come upon every soul among us and around us, and many wonders and signs will come forth from the ministry of the apostles of today. (Acts 2:42-43,46-47) It is time to have church life, meaning a life of revival, a life of the supernatural, a life of walking and being led by the Holy Spirit, in the congregation, in the small groups, in the workplace, in our homes, and everyplace. Church life is not for Sunday only; it is for everyday of the week. (Col. 3:16-17) The theater church life is coming to an end, the congregation life is to be a center for equipping the saints for the work of the ministry, a place for ministries of the apostles, prophets, and teachers, a place for signs and wonders, and a place where the Holy Spirit outpours upon the believers, and the believers flow in prophecy, visions, signs, and the gifts of the Spirit, and the revival life. (Acts 2:43, 1 Cor. 14:26-33) The new apostolic congregation is the place for the gathering of the saints to hear the ministry of the apostles, Apostle Paul preach or teach about five hours, apostles would minister during long services, today we will see this in the new apostolic congregation. There will be no more half hour service, and no more one hour service, and there be no more 15 min. sermons, instead there will be teaching and preaching for hours at a time. (Acts 20:7-12, Acts 14:1-7) 7. Biblical Restoration Sound Character is a major qualification for church leaders. Those church leaders who walk in sound character are most likely to walk in sound doctrine; both are needed for a sound and healthy church. It says that leaders will have a stricter judgment then others. This is why leaders must be accountable and be responsible for there actions. (Jam. 3:1) This is why we need outside accountability with mature apostles, and oversight accountability to mature apostles. Spiritual leaders need a safely net to heal, restore, and hold them up through sufferings, setbacks, and even when they made an error or make mistake. We cannot throw away spiritual sons, spiritual daughter, follow ministers, and those who have been in covenant networking relationship for years. (Eph. 5:21) How the mighty have fallen, and the weapons of war perished! The Holy Spirit raises and trains those anointed servants, they take years of Holy Spirit dealing, time and more time, and then they make a mistake and we give up on them. The righteous steps are order by the Lord though they fall, they will not be utterly cast down for the LORD upholds them with His hand. For a righteous man may fall seven times and rise again. The Lord is doing a work in each on of us; this work takes a lifetime. We must know and believe that He has a plan for us; a future and we can have hope. (2 Sam. 1:21, Psa. 37:23-24, Prov. 24:16) We need to remember the labor of faith and love that these spiritual leaders have done, even the Lord remembers there ministry unto Him, however it seem we forget what kind of servants the Lord has blessed us when they fall into sin. Preachers are people too; they are not prefect, just forgiven. Here they help, lead, guide, pray us through our hard times, and when they error we forget the good that they have done. (Jud. 16:28, Heb. 6:10) Think of the sins that the Lord have forgiven you, and those that He has set you free, think of the times when those spiritual leaders help you with your problems, however when they do wrong we forget and go about sharing their errors with everyone we meet and adding to them, even telling lies. At the same time we must know that same spiritual leaders have never, never wrote a book on our wrongdoing. (Matt. 5:7) You who are spiritual restore such a one in a spirit of gentleness; when spiritual leaders fall into sin, or become ensnare in sin, they need to have proper correction, and proper restoration. We like to correct them, however we don't like to restore them, and that is not biblical. The Holy Spirit will use apostles and prophets to minister, correct and restore fallen ministers. (Gal. 6:1) Correction must be giving with grace and love, each case may be different, but all cases aim toward the goal of restoration and hope. Fallen ministers have to willingly submit to apostolic and prophetic counseling and ministering in order to be restored. (Matt. 5:5) There needs to be freedom, liberty and grace giving to the fallen minister as they go through healing and restoration process. Unfortunately at the same there is willingness, there is hard terms lay down before the fallen minister that they will have to willingly submit in order to be restored to their place in ministry. (Jam. 5:19-20) The Bible is filled with restoration, not only the Lord wants to bring restoration, He wants double restoration. Each fallen minister must surrender to the Divine Process of restoration, and to the Lord's life teachings. (Heb. 12:5-11) Apostles and Prophets are to minister restoration to the fallen minister, their families, and their ministry. In these days the Holy Spirit is rising up restoration centers to restore the fallen. (Acts 3:19-21) There is more spiritual warfare and trials that come against spiritual leaders then most people, therefore we should show mercy, love and understanding when a spiritual leader makes a mistake or errors in their ways. (2 Tim. 2:1-6) 8. Apostolic Fathering and Mentoring This is the day when the Lord restores the fathers to the house of the Lord, and this is the day when the Lord restores the spiritual sons and daughters of the apostolic. Apostles are the leading fathers of the Church. They lay the foundation along with prophets, and that rise up new ministry, the five-fold ministry, leadership, young apostles, and the church. (1 Cor. 4:15) The Lord is turning the hearts of the Fathers to their spiritual sons and daughters; an apostle going unto maturity will have a love and passion to rise up others into ministry. First and foremost the hearts of the fathers will change and turned to their children, then the hearts of the children will turn to their fathers and mothers. If this happens we will see an outpouring of the Spirit and power of Elijah. (Mal. 4:6, LK. 1:17) As the leaders of the church turn their hearts to the sheep, and children in their trust, and the children turn their hearts to their spiritual fathers and mothers, there will come healing and restoration to the nature families, and church will begin enter into soundness and health. Then the believers will be faithful and become passionate in love with the Lord again. Then there will be a harvest of souls, and the Lord will add daily to the church. (LK. 1:16-17) There is more then one way to train or raise up those called into ministry; experience training, one on one with the Holy Spirit, the school of ministry, and then fathering and mentoring. There must be freedom, for the Lord does not raise or train every one the same way, you can have an apostolic father without being mentored by Him, it is the Lord that begins this kind of relationship. Beside, there are those who are forerunners that are raised up by the Lord this takes more time, then there are those who are raised up by those forerunner, they are called sons, and then there are those who are fathered and they father other sons. (1 Tim. 1:12) The key in fathering and mentoring is ongoing relationship between the Apostolic Father and their sons and daughters, as the relationship grows so does the trust in leadership grows. Mentoring is a time of relationship training and fathering is for a work of patience, a lifetime work, and there are levels of growth and relationship in fathering sons and daughters. There is difference between the levels; there is relationship training, releasing leadership, overseeing and council. There must be freedom, liberty, and willingness of heart. (2 Tim. 1:1-12) You cannot mentor or train someone who is not first and foremost being train by the Holy Spirit; you cannot train or mentor someone who is not first and foremost seeking the Lord. You teach them your spiritual treasures and riches, you minister to them in the ministry of impartation, you prayer together; we must redefined theological training through praying without ceasing. They begin to rise in their spiritual gifts, vision and purpose in ministry. Then you begin to train them for ministry through experience hands on training, moving in the gifts and ministering, and then more teaching, and educational training. You need set time goals for training in ministry, and then release them into ministry. (Matt. 9:37-38) Fathering and being a father goes beyond mentoring and training, a father is for life, and fathering is for life. Training is just one part of fathering, and mentoring is just one part of fathering. Fathering is a life calling. (1 Cor. 4:15) Those who submit willing meaning recognize, acknowledge and perceive your apostolic gifting. You teach them the revelation of truth and faith that the Holy Spirit has giving you. Those who follow the apostolic ministry in your life, you train them. Those who are faithful you place them into leadership positions. (2 Tim. 2:2) Apostles are called along with the five-fold ministry to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. Apostles are the ones who are called to rise up kings for the Kingdom of God. Both apostles and prophets are called to minister to the kings of the Kingdom and release the blessing, anointing, and grace for to ruler and reign with Christ in the Kingdom of God and in the earth today. (Eph. 4:11-12) The church must be reconstructed for relationship, power experience, and the work of the ministry. When a person comes to know Christ they are babes in Christ; babes and children need the milk of the Word, young men and women and fathers or mature believers need the meat of the Word. Babes and children need the pastor more then young and mature believers need. The only need they need from pastors is ongoing love and care. Young men and women and father or mature believers need apostles and prophets more. When a person comes to know the Lord they become babes in Christ, first they go through the door of discipleship; they become establish in the elementary principles of faith, water baptize, baptism in the Holy Spirit, and go through basic deliverance and membership class. Beyond this they are entering the door of equipping, the saints are to be equipped for the work of the ministry. Then they need to be mentor in their gifts and their calling into ministry. Fathering goes beyond mentoring for fathering is ongoing experience in relationship. (1 Jn. 2:12-14) All believers are called to become fathers in their gifting and calling, they are called to become mature believers. Those with a gift of one of the five fold ministry gifts are called to mature, become spiritual elders and fathers. Then there are apostles called to be fathers for other apostles, five fold ministers, and the church. (Heb. 5:12-14) When a person comes to know the Lord, and joins your congregation, they are first discipleship members after they went through the door of discipleship, they become covenant partners, and then they enter through the door of mentoring. (Matt. 28:19-20) Spiritual babes and children are more connected to pastoral care, young warriors are more on their own in learning what their purpose gifting, and who they are, and what is their place in the body of Christ. Although they are going through ongoing equipping and training. We must give them freedom and liberty to grow. When they become mature believers they come into the one another ministry, meaning we lean on one another's gifts, strengths, wisdom, and insights. (Eph. 4:11-16) Apostles and apostolic fathers create environments of freedom, liberty, willingness, spiritual and ministry growing, soundness, passionate, anointed, wisdom, and order for global missionary and international ministry work. (1 Cor. 12, 13, 14) 9. Signs of an Apostasy Church What are the factors and characteristics of an apostasy church? First and foremost we have come to a day when all these factors of the apostasy church will be totality and finality burn away from the church. (Heb. 12:25-29) In the first of the days church was the beginning, this church was not prefect or mature, the church in the future will be even be greater and more mature then the church in the Book of Acts. (Eph. 5:26-27, 4:13) The Church in history after the time of the first days of the church went through a time of apostasy, which is called the great apostasy of the church, the great falling away. Then the day came when the church was set free from the apostasy church, and enter into times of restoration however, some of the factors of an apostasy church still remain in the church today. Through this third reformation, all these factors will be burn up and the apostolic church will arise. (Heb. 9:10) An apostasy church is the opposite of an apostolic church or the apostolic church. The third reformation will be as a fire burning throughout the church, however we must move forth in this reformation with humility, love, patience, love, and truth. (Eph. 4:15) Here are some of the factors of an apostasy church: 1. An apostasy church is a church without apostles and prophets. 2. An apostasy church is a church without the gifts of the Spirit, signs and wonders, prophecy, visions, dreams, and deliverance, and the power of God. 3. An apostasy church is a church that does not believe in the Bible is God's Word. 4. An apostasy church is a church that does not see the rest of the church in their city and around the world. 5. An apostasy church is a church that goes against the ways of the Kingdom of God. 6. An apostasy church is a church that goes against the ways of the city church. 7. An apostasy church is a church that goes against the ways of the Holy Spirit. 8. An apostasy church does not have a vision for church in the end times. 9. An apostasy church is a church that is a one-man ruled by a so-called senior pastor. 10. An apostasy church is a church where there is no room for the other five ministries of grace of Christ. 11. An apostasy church is a church that has no room for saints doing the work of the ministry, and they are not equipped for the work of the ministry. 12. An apostasy church is a tithing church, instead of a grace giving church. 13. An apostasy church is against women in ministry. 14. An apostasy church is against the new wineskins. 15. An apostasy church is a church where the spiritual leaders are controlled by a board of deacons. 16. An apostasy church does not believe in healing the sick or casting out demons. 17. An apostasy church does not believe in the church in the workplace. 18. An apostasy church is against unity in the church. 19. An apostasy church is against other believers from other people groups. 20. An apostasy church is against the Messianic believers, Jewish people, and Israel. 21. An apostasy church is a church that does not aid or help those suffering or in need. 22. An apostasy church is a church that is not for holy living. 23. An apostasy church is against believers have wealth and prosperity and business. 24. An apostasy church is church in witchcraft, controlling, religious spirits, and have no freedom or liberty. A church with some of the factors of an apostasy church are still born again Christian if they have receive Him as Lord, and give their lives to Him. There are a lot of good churches out there that have some of the factors of an apostasy church, and reformation is a work of patience, love, grace, and truth. (Rom. 15:7) Now pray for personal reformation in your life and pray for reformation to come to the churches and church of your city. Pray for the Lord to rise up the Apostolic Church in your city and pray for the Lord to rise up the city church to the next level. Then pray for revival for your city and the city church, and prayer for personal revival in your life. (Matt. 5:1-12) 10. The Day of Apostles and Prophets This is the day of the apostles and prophets, the Lord has restored the prophets, and the He has restore the Apostles, now He is rising up the saints for the work of the Ministry, and He is raising up the saints for the workplace. (Eph. 2:20) We have entered into a new apostolic age, which shall be greater then the first apostolic age of the Church. Soon will have outpouring of the Spirit that will be greater then the outpouring in the Book of Acts. (Hosea 6:1-3) In addition, we have enter into the new apostolic reformation of the Church this is the third reformation of the church, this is a reformation of the whole church; this is a reformation of all things in the church. (Heb. 9:10) This reformation will become a massive reformation, the reformation has begun like a lamb soon will become like a lion and then we will become like a horse. (Heb. 9:10) The Apostolic Church will grow until all things in this church have been Baptist into the fires of reformation. The Apostolic Church will become the greatest church in the Body of Christ and all things will be reform to the apostolic church. (Heb. 12:25-29) We are going to the next transition of the city church; we are going to the next level and growth of the city church, where the city church apostles will lead the city church, and there will be city church alliances and city church networks, and city church centers; these centers will be centers for 24/7 prayer, worship and prophetic watch. (Eph. 2:19-22) In addition, the Lord is establishing the church in the workplace; He is rising up marketplace apostles and even marketplace prophets. He will build a bridge between the church and the marketplace and then there will come a continuing transfer of wealth to the church and blessings to the marketplace. (Isa. 60) Massive reformation will come to the whole church in every nation and in every city, revivals, and lasting revivals, will come to the church and to the world, habitational revival will rest upon the city church, and social transformations will come upon the city and nations from the church in the marketplace. (Prov. 29:18) We have come to the beginning of the end of the restoration of the priesthood and we are beginning to enter into the restoration of the kings of the Kingdom of God under our Lord Jesus Christ. (Acts 3:19-21) We must pray to hear what the Holy Spirit is saying through the apostles and prophets. There will come an outpouring of prayer upon the church; this will lead to an outpouring of Word revelation, this will lead to an outpouring of prophecy, visions, dreams and prophetic revelation, this will lead to an outpouring of signs, gifts of the Spirit and the power of God upon the church. (Rev. 2:29) 11. The Ministry of Milk and Meat The Holy Spirit is speaking to the congregations in all cities in all nations about the ministry of the Word, which is the Ministry of Milk and Meat, and which is the ministry to the lambs and sheep. (Eph. 5:25-27, Acts 6:2,4) In many congregations we hear only milk teaching, there is spiritual hunger for meat. Milk is for babes and children; meat is for the young and fathers. Milk is for growing in Christ and learning how to live as a Christian, meat is for ministry, warfare, and the overcoming life. I had a dream once that I see people seated at a table, with only meat, I was the person who was giving them the meat, and that the Lord has called me to the ministry of the meat of the Word. (1 Cor. 3:1-2, Heb. 5:12-14, 1 Pet. 2:2, 1 Jn. 2:12-14) There are times we are to minister milk to the congregation, and there are times we are to minister meat to the congregation. Their need to be a balance diet in your congregation, and with both milk and meat there need to be an application, and environment for the application; the application of the Holy Scriptures is one of the ways to social transformation. Along with the application of the Word, there needs to be an application of the Holy Spirit, power, and manifestation, which means we are to teach the power of God too. (Jam. 1:21-27, 2:14-26) You are to feed the lambs first with the milk of the Word, then give them a little meat, and you are to feed the sheep with more meat and then give them some milk beside, we are to give them the drink of the Spirit to both lamb and sheep. (Jn. 21:15-19) Babes are to be disciple, when a person comes to know Christ they are to go through discipleship. Then children are to be train up in the milk of the Word. Young warriors are to be mentored into their gifts and calling. We are to minister more meat to the young warriors. Meat is for the warrior in Christ. Young warriors are to become skillful in meat, and then the mature believer is giving the most sold food. (Matt. 28:19-20, Col. 2:6-10) We are to feed the Word to the church in milk and meat, and we are kept both lamps and sheep fed. Then there are times that we must minister the Word to equip the saints in the application of the Word and the application of the Spirit in power. (Eph. 4:12) It is time for our congregations to be sound and healthy in the Word, in the lifestyle, in the order, and in the Spirit. We need a team of elders, more then just one minister ministering in the congregation. We need the five grace government gifts ministering in order, vision, and Spirit being lead by a senior elder who is an apostle, above all under the leadership of the Holy Spirit. (Tit. 2:1) 12. Apostle's Doctrine In Acts 2:42: it says, "and they continued steadfastly in the apostles' doctrine and fellowship in breaking of bread, and in prayers. The Apostle's doctrine is speaking again to our generation, when ever the Apostle's doctrine came forth, the believers begun to overcome in all things, and moved in signs, gifts of the Spirit and the power of God. Today we must continued in the apostle's doctrine, it is not seasonal thing or a passing thing, it is beyond seasons, beyond years, if you walk, if you live, you will have the blessings of the apostles, and you will live the life of Christ. It was not just teaching, it was Apostle's doctrine and fellowship, you see within congregations they talk about community however there is not relationship, there is no fellowship, and there is no love, and no action of love. It is fellowship in breaking of bread, we are to be seated down before each other and share and eat together. Breaking of bread is a sign of covenant, if the Lord prepares a table before our enemies, then what kind of table has He prepared before the apostles, and the people of God! Apostle's doctrine and fellowship in prayers, The Lord wants each one of us to have a passion of prayer, a love of prayer, and that is what the apostolic anointing is calling the church back to a passion and love for prayer. Doctrine means teaching, and we need sound and healthy doctrine meaning teaching, if you want a sound and healthy congregation you need sound and healthy teaching. What bring good doctrine? A life of character and integrity brings good doctrine; each believer is to be person of character, to become a person of character, and person of integrity, apostolic lifestyle comes before good teaching, apostolic teaching, if you want apostle's doctrine you must first have apostolic lifestyle. In the apostolic church the application of the apostolic and the Word comes first before teaching. (1 Tim. 3:1-13, 4:6, 12-16, 2 Tim. 4:3-4, Tit. 2:1-10) Apostle's doctrine is a river of Word revelation to this generation, apostles teach and preach with revelation, it is Holy Spirit teaching them every time in there personal time and in their ministry time. The Lord wants each believer to be filled with Word Revelation to walk and live in Word revelation, Word Revelation leads to prophetic revelation, revelation is a key of the Kingdom, and through revelation keys are giving by faith. Revelation brings revelational faith, if a person don't walk in revelational faith watch out they are open to the errors of the enemy of faith, if they don't repent for the reasons that they don't have revelational faith, the Lord will remove them from your life, God only wants those with revelational faith in your life. Don't trust a person who does it have revelational faith. You can't have relationship without revelation. (Eph. 1:17-18) Apostle's doctrine is signs, wonders and the power of God; it is application that comes with power to change all things around you and in you, for to long we have been without the witness of the power of God in our lives. True apostle's doctrine brings signs and wonders. (Acts 2:42-43) Apostle's doctrine is missions and evangelism work; it is Word with deeds, and actions. Apostle's doctrine is not just teaching, instead it is teaching with deeds and works. (2 Tim. 4:5) Apostle's doctrine is relationship, fellowship and covenant networking. It is time for true community; it is time to come together to stand together, and to know one another. Apostle's Doctrine is biblical fellowship in covenant relationship with one another. (Acts 2:46) The Apostles of the first days of the church brought apostle's doctrine to the church in their age; it was the life and teachings of Jesus Christ in signs and wonders. The Apostles preached the Gospel of the Kingdom of God, they understood the Kingdom of God and it's relationship with the church. The apostles were not to leave the ministry of the Word of God to serve tables; instead they were to give themselves continually to prayer and to the ministry of the Word. This means that Apostle's doctrine was importation, and today the teachings of Apostles, there lives, and their purpose and ministry, and the signs and wonders that follow them is importation, and through their obedience the believers ministry, workplace ministry, marketplace ministry was release and that is what the Holy Spirit is about to do today through the modern day of the apostles. (1 Jn. 1:1-4, Acts 2:40-47, 4:32-37, 5:12-16, 6:1-8) Apostle's Doctrine comes first from the first apostle, the chief apostle, the head of the church, which is our Lord Jesus Christ. It is Jesus Christ who gives apostle's doctrine to the apostles, and the apostles give them to the church, and then signs and wonders come forth and the believers are release into the workplace of ministry and marketplace army release into the workplace to change the world for the glory of Christ and for the purpose of the Kingdom of God. Apostle's doctrine is not just teaching it is relationship and fellowship with Jesus Christ, it's centered on Jesus Christ, and it is revelation of Jesus Christ. (Heb. 3:1) 13. Apostolic Consultation The Holy Spirit is moving across the world, from nation to nation, from city to city, among His people He is calling congregations and companies, and willing servants to begin to enter and to flow in the apostolic this is by intercession, revelation and grace. (Rom. 1:5) Unfortunately, there are those who want the apostolic and don't want reformation; that is like wanting Heaven, and not wanting the Kingdom, there are those like that, there so many and this is why there is a holy cry for reformation going up to the Throne Room. This is a divine cry giving by the Holy Spirit in our hearts. (Rom. 8:26-28) Nevertheless, then we have people who want to move into the end times, or meaning step 7, 8, 9, and we have not yet fulfill 3, 4, 5, 6, yet. We must flow in the seasons and times of the Lord. (Eph. 5:16-17) This is why we need season apostles; apostles who have season revelation and wisdom from the Lord to give council to these transition congregations, etc. this is why we need apostolic consultation. We need consultants who are apostles that have lived in revelation and wisdom for some time. (Gal. 2:2,9) Some plant, some water, it is God who gives the increase. You may have planted, but you need some water, you need apostolic consultation. (1 Cor. 3:6-10) I had a dream of a congregation that wanted to move into the apostolic, they had an apostolic service apart from their pastoral service, however they had no apostolic congregational government, although the congregation bear increase and some fruits, in the long run or in the coming seasons it will fail. Remember there are four seasons in church growth, you may have in the fall harvest, but there is coming a winter too. (1 Cor. 3:1-17) The Four Seasons of Church Growth: First Season: spring season is the breaking of the fallow, planting the seed, and watering the field. Second Season: summer season is watering, getting ready, and testing. Third Season: fall season is harvest time. Fourth Season: winter season is testing time, preparing, and resting time. The door of the apostolic will soon be wide open, yes it seems it is already open, however soon it will be wide open. We need to hear, listen and prepare for the rush of the apostolic anointing, apostolic grace, and apostolic Spirit. (Eph. 6:19) 14. Commissioning Modern-Day Apostles Apostles and prophets are pioneers and forerunners, apostles and prophets are the foundation of the church, and apostles and prophets shall lead the church no longer shall pastors and bishops lead the church, and apostles, prophets and teachers are elders of the new apostolic congregation. (Eph. 2:20, 1 Cor. 12:28) In addition, there are apostles and prophets that are called to go before other apostles and prophets, these apostles and prophets are called to prepare the way for other apostles and prophets, these apostles and prophets are raise up by the Lord, are train by the Holy Spirit over long periods of time. Things that are new and that is visionary takes years to rise up, and cannot be mentor or father by others, it takes the Lord to rise up such leaders. (1 Cor. 3:10) Notwithstanding, then there are apostles and prophets that train, mentor and father by other apostles and prophets, this only takes a short time, a few years, at least two years, or three at the most. The Lord is raising apostles of apostles, and prophets of prophets, and apostles of prophets and apostles, He is rising up fathers with a heart of a father, there are those who say there are a father but without a heart of a father, all this is done with liberty, grace, and wisdom. (Acts 9:27) Apart from that, the Lord is arising up new ecclesiastical apostolic networks, and new apostolic congregations; we are have fathering and mentoring centers for those called into government ministry, and we are to have equipping and training centers for the believers to be raise up in the work of the ministry, and we are to raise up kings for the Kingdom of God. A new apostolic congregation is a network of home cells, and the center building is not use for pastoral ministry, instead for training, equipping, and fathering, mentoring and apostolic and prophetic ministry along with teachers. Pastoral ministry is done in the home cells along with mutual edification and the one another's come into grace application. (Acts 2:46) Moreover, we are to pray for apostles to be raise up, we are to rise up young apostles, we are to love and care for those who shall be fathers of the church. As fathering apostles father other apostles into ministry, and to release them into ministry will follow this kind of pattern. (Matt. 9:37-38) First is ordination: we are to ordain those called into the five ministries of the grace of our Lord; this also applies to young apostles that are ready to be release into government ministry. Second is recognition: recognition will come from the congregations that follow the anointing of a young apostle; they will sense the anointing and grace of an apostle upon a young apostle. They will become the seal of his apostleship. Don't call yourself an apostle until the church calls you an apostle. Third is affirmation: affirmation comes from government ministry, from other apostles, from other prophets, and from other teachers. Don't call yourselves an apostle until other season apostles and prophets call you an apostle. Fourth is commissioning: apostles after they walk for a certain amount of years showing proof of their apostleship in fruits, gifts, anointing, works, signs, and those who are with them. Apostles are the only ministries in the church that is commission. An apostle should be commission by a season or mature apostle, and that commissioning is not the advice of the apostle being commission, it is the wisdom of the apostle who is lead to do the commissioning. An apostle should be commission in their own sphere of ministry, etc. (LK. 6:13, Num. 27:18-20, Deut. 3:27,28, Deut. 31:14, Acts 13:1,2, 2 Tim. 4:1-5) Apart from that, the elders of a new apostolic congregation are plural, with a set visionary, senior elder leading the plural of elders. An elder is a mature minister of the Gospel. Elders are appoint by apostles, but there are those who have just enter into ministry, and they are young, they are apart of the ministry of a new apostolic congregation, and they will come into a leadership role, but eldership is for the mature minister. (1 Tim. 3:1-13, Tit. 1:5-9, Acts 14:23) Apart from that, what we see now are apostles who prepare the way for the next waves of apostles, these apostles now are rising up other apostles, but soon apostles that we have not heard of, shall arise in signs and wonders. (2 Cor. 12:12) Nevertheless, apostles are first in the order of church government, and first in leading the way for others to follow, we need apostles, and apostles need us, if we come into relationship, fellowship, and partnership with an apostle. We can be apart of their vision that the Lord gives them for the church, and even the world. (Phil. 1:7,19, 4:2-3,4:10-20) Furthermore, apostles are here to stay, Jesus was the first person to coin the title of the apostle, He was the one who created the ministry of the apostle, it is not just for the early church, it is for today, tomorrow, etc. (Eph. 4:11-16) 15. Apostolic and Prophetic Decrees Apostles and prophets have an anointing from the Lord to decree a thing this will bring about an immediate spiritual change that will manifested in the natural in a short period of time. (Job 27:27-29) There is a time for prayer and intercession, and then there is a time for apostolic and prophetic decrees; prayers come to pass, instead apostolic and prophetic decrees come now, it is now faith. (Heb. 11:1) Apostolic and prophetic decrees only come by the will of the Lord Jesus Christ and the leading of the Holy Spirit; apostolic and prophetic decrees are not to be done without the leading of the Holy Spirit. (Eph. 5:16-17) Apostolic and prophetic decrees are a proclamation from the King of kings and Lord of lords in the church and to the world. It is a notice of what the King of about to do; it is holy order from the Third Heaven. (Rev. 4:1) Apostolic and prophetic decrees come through the Word of Knowledge and the gift of faith. It is of supernatural nature coming into the human natural world. (1 Cor. 2:11) It is time to believe for apostolic and prophetic decrees over our cities, regions, and nations. It is time hear the apostles and prophets make apostolic and prophetic decrees, and it is time for us to say amen to those apostolic and prophetic decrees. (Isa. 1:26) 16. Apostolic Pioneers The Holy Spirit has rising a company of apostolic pioneers. It is not an easy task, or a good career field, you don't go to seek such a career, instead it is calling the Lord seeks you out and gives you this holy commission. (Matt. 20:16) It is path of loneliness, rejection, setbacks, and delay and hindrance, victory, breakthroughs, blessings, revival, success, and prosperity, and favor. (2 Cor. 11:22-33) The first sign of an apostle is patience; patience is the foundation to character. Apostles are pioneers, trailblazers, forerunners, explorers, forerunners, and pathfinders. These are all works of patience. Apostles carry the works of patience for the many, for the whole, and for generations. (2 Cor. 12:12) Apostles lead the way, go before others, and prepare the way along with prophets. Apostles are pioneers and prophets are forerunners; the Lord is rising pioneers and forerunners and joining the together into a pioneer and forerunner team. (Eph. 2:20) Pioneers and forerunners are train and rise up by the Lord Himself; most of them have no mentor since their ways are so new that no one believes in them in the beginning. They go against much unbelief; they are called to lay a foundation of a new realm of faith for the church. These same pioneers and forerunners are lead to become fathers and to rise up others. There are those apostles whom the Lord raise up by Himself, this takes years, and then there are apostles who are raise up by other apostolic fathers, which take only a few years. (Gal. 11-24, 2:1-10) Apostolic Pioneers are visionary; they are men and women of vision and visionary ideals that see things in a new realm of faith and action. Without vision the church cannot move forth, without visionaries the church cannot move beyond the realm of vision. (Prov. 29:18) However, there those who can be mislead and move forth without vision, without sight from the Lord. They are in danger of becoming a vagabond meaning finding no place of rest. An true Pioneer seeks for a place of rest, instead vagabond is a person without vision, without the leading of the Holy Spirit that wanders around finding no place of rest. Apostolic pioneers have a vision of rest and habitation in he Spirit. (Eph. 2:19-22) Apostolic pioneers are prisoners of hope; they are full of hope and full of faith. Hope is vision, and faith is vision. The vision of faith is vision of coming to the vision of hope, and vision of hope is the future. (Heb. 11:1) 17. Congregational Apostolic Government Leaders, companies, local congregations are trying to move forth in apostolic grace, in apostolic anointing, in apostolic movements, and apostolic revival; however without apostolic government it will fail, it will fall short, it will not truly mature and manifest. You may have a good heart; instead you need a pure heart and revelation. (Rom. 1:11-12) The Lord today by the Holy Spirit in the apostles and prophets are establishing new wineskins, these wineskins will be built to grow, instead can change, and theses wineskins will be built to connect with other wineskins, apostolic congregations, and the church around the world. However, the old wineskins are not bad or evil, they cannot connect with other old wineskins or with the new wineskins. The new apostolic wineskins are built to connect. (Matt. 13:47) The New wineskins that are being built in our generation for future generations of Church are; apostolic ecclesiastical networks, new apostolic congregations, apostolic horizontal networks, territorial apostolic networks, apostolic city church centers, and marketplace church networks, apostolic prayer centers and apostolic functional prayer networks, etc. (LK. 5:37-39) These new wineskins are being built with revelation and relationship; they are being built for the holding and cooperation with revivals, signs and wonders, reformation, social transformations, harvests, reaching out to the nations, and marketplace outreaching, and biblical unity. (Acts 2:13) If your going to move forth in apostolic anointing on a congregational level, it first and foremost must be thus says the Lord, then be led by the Holy Spirit, have grace the is needed, and have apostolic government. (1 Cor. 12:28) What is an apostolic congregation? 1. An apostolic congregation foundation is apostles and prophets. 2. An apostolic congregation is a congregation of vision and visionary leadership. 3. An apostolic congregation is a congregation lead with the leadership of apostles. 4. An apostolic congregation is a house of the prophets and the prophetic. 5. An apostolic congregation is an environment for spiritual gifts, gifts of the Spirit, signs and wonders, manifestation of the Holy Spirit, and revivals. 6. An apostolic congregation is a congregation that does the work of an evangelist. 7. An apostolic congregation is a city, national and international missionary base. 8. An apostolic congregation is a body ministry. 9. An apostolic congregation is a congregation where the saints are equipped to do the work of the ministry, and the believers do the work of ministry. 10. An apostolic congregation raise, train fivefold ministers and sends them out to minister and plant new apostolic congregations. 11. An apostolic congregation is a house of prayer and a house of worship for all nations. 12. An apostolic congregation is an outreach center to the marketplace, and the outreach of the apostolic congregation is the marketplace church. 13. An apostolic congregation is a network of home cells, and the pastoral ministry is done in the home cell, and the apostolic congregation is built on relationship with Christ and one another. 14. An apostolic congregation has relationship and fellowship with the city church, and the church around the world. What is a congregational apostolic government of an apostolic congregation looks like? 1. The center leadership is a team of elders; the elders are apostles, prophets and teachers, and they cooperation the leadership together and keep the continuity of the apostolic congregation. 2. The team of elders is led and coordinate by a senior elder who is an apostle, an apostle is to lead an apostolic congregation, among the team of elders, he is the set visionary, and has the last word. He is the set visionary to an apostolic congregation. He is a congregational apostle of an apostolic congregation. Most apostolic congregations will become mega churches; Apostolic congregations can be churches with great grace, great power, great fear of the Lord, and great increase, the word great means mega; mega grace, mega power, etc. (Acts 4:33) The Marketplace church will be establish, and the Lord will build a bridge between the church and the marketplace, in the long run the marketplace church will be more effective and productive and connect more healthy with the apostolic church, the marketplace is an outreach of the apostolic church, and the apostolic church is an inner-reach of the marketplace church. The Lord is building strong, healthy, and mature relationships between church apostles and marketplace apostles. (Rev. 1:6, 5:10) The Lord gives me a dream about a congregation trying to move forth in the apostolic anointing, they begun to have an apostolic service and allowed an apostle that was raise up among them to minister in this apostolic service, and their congregation begun to grow and increase. In this dream I was an apostolic consultation to this congregation. This was a congregation trying to move forth in apostolic anointing without apostolic government, or congregational apostolic government. In this dream this congregation had growth, increase, and some fruit, however without congregational apostolic government it will fail. They had a board of elders running the congregation who were not elders, there main service was a traditional service, and then they had an apostolic service for apostolic anointing. (Rom. 1:5) 18. The Five Apostolic Generations Apostles are generational ministers call to do generational work, and minister to generations after them. They are called to establish generational ministry, blessings, and righteousness. An apostle is a father to spiritual sons, congregations and churches networks etc. (Rom. 1:5) The Lord has shown me five generations of the apostolic church, of apostles, this prophetic revelation not only is showing us about apostles and the apostolic also it is speaking to Christian families that are Involved with the apostolic church. (Gen. 12:1-3) The Apostles have come forth and we are going to come to the next waves of the apostolic, which is apostolic revival. Apostles with the signs of the apostle are about to arise in the earth. There could be move then one wave of apostles in an apostolic generation. (Eph. 4:7-8) The Lord gives me a prophetic vision of the coming apostles. I see apostles with great grace and great power, apostles with signs and wonders, apostles with great exploits, and I see all apostles with the signs of an apostle, apostles with fire, apostles with glory, and apostles with both fire and glory. The apostles with great exploits were marketplace apostles, but now all the marketplace apostles were doing great exploits, instead all apostles will have the signs of apostles. (2 Cor. 12:12) The Apostolic Church shall arise in every city around the world; the apostolic church shall grow and increase until the apostolic church fills the whole church. (Heb. 12:25-29) The Lord wants to rise up five righteous generations; it takes three or four generation to establish generational and lasting blessings and to over throw and undo the generational Iniquities. (Ex. 20:5-6, Jer. 32:18, Psa. 115:14) The Christian family The Lord wants to rise up five righteous generations, from this generation to the next four generations to bring blessings to many generations. (Psa. 112, 128) The First apostolic generation is the generation that sets the way and path, and establishes the beginning wave of blessing and anointing. Without the first generation then the other four will not come. The first generation is the father to the other generations, and likewise each of these generations are fathers to future generations, and each of these generation our generations of fathers, it takes fathers to change the world, and it takes sons to carry this change to rest of the world, and to keep it changed. (Mal. 4:6) Five generations of fathers are five generations of sons that being change and lasting change to our world. Five generations of leaders both fathers and sons are leaders of vision, and change to our world. The goal of patients is to rise up children in the way of the Lord, to raise them up to be successful adults, and to raise them up to be successful patients. The Fathers are the apostles, the mothers are the apostolic church and children are the leaders of righteous and blessings. The Lord wants to rise up and establish five righteous generations of church. (Tit. 2:1, Rev. 3:7-13) The Five generations of the Apostolic: 1. Abraham Generation. 2. Isaac Generation. 3. Jacob Generation. 4. Joseph Generation. 5. Ephraim Generation. At this time I will not go into each of these apostolic generations, instead I will say these are five generations of grace, five generations of righteousness and five generations of blessings. When you look at the book of Genesis and see these five generations you can see the apostolic church today and tomorrow and in the future. (Genesis) 19. The Levels of the Apostolic We have entered into the new apostolic age, the second apostolic age of the church, and we have already entered into the new apostolic reformation, the third reformation of the church, which is the reformation of all things in the church. -(Heb. 9:10) Understand the levels of the apostolic we help you to understand the coming moves of God and coming growths of the church, and how to apply the rivers of revelation that has begun to flow upon our hearts and minds. (Jam.1:25) The levels of the apostolic: · The congregational level of the apostolic: the Lord has a planned for apostolic in the local church. He wants to rise up apostolic and Antioch churches all over the world. These are churches with vision, body ministry, anointing, full of the gifts the Spirit, and five-fold churches. · The city church level of the apostolic: the Lord will bring the church to the next level of city church; we will go from pastoral unity to apostolic unity in a flow years from now. · The ecclesiastical and vertical level of the apostolic: The Lord is rising up many ecclesiastical networks, and vertical networks, these apostolic networks will replace all other old forms of church, and denominations. · The national church level of the apostolic: the Lord is raise the national church in every nation around the world, there will be national unity among all believers in a nation, in unity, anointing and even leadership. · The global church level of the apostolic: in our day we will see the church mature to a level of international working among nations for global missions and revival. · The horizontal level of the apostolic: This goes along with the city church level, national church level, and global church level. The Lord will rise up horizontal apostolic networks around the world. · The Marketplace level of the apostolic: The Lord is establish the church in the workplace, and reforming the church. It is the apostolic church that will be more open to the marketplace church. The Lord will move in both the church and the marketplace in the workings of the Holy Spirit. · The signs and wonders level of the apostolic: The apostolic will move more faster through signs and wonders. What is coming is an outpouring that will lead to lasting revivals of signs and wonders and the life of signs and wonders in the church. · The revival, reformation, and social transformation and harvest level of the apostolic: many revivals, massive revivals, reformation, social transformations, harvests of souls, and massive harvests of souls. The church will see these levels of the apostolic. · The foundation level of the apostolic: the apostolic is to do new things, to establish new things, and to lead the way for new things. The apostolic is always in new things; the apostolic lays the foundation of new things in the church. · The revelational level of the apostolic: apostles move in revelation, their life is in revelation, and the apostolic church is a church the lives in revelation from the Holy Spirit. To understand the levels of the apostolic you must first understand the apostolic, the apostolic begins with apostles then goes to the apostolic church. The apostolic is foundation, revelational, forerunners, pioneers, new things, missionary work, establishing, building, government, signs and wonders, breakthrough, victory, overcoming, moving forth, taking new ground, and advancing; the apostolic is moving the church forth from one generation to the next generation, moving the church from one time to the another time, establishing generational blessings, giving vision to the church today for the church in the future. Moving the church forth in missionary work, foundational work, new wineskins, and rising the church up to obey her destiny today and tomorrow. (Jn. 20:21) 20. The Threefold Team Apostles, Prophets, and Teacher are the senior leaders of the Church around the world; they are called to govern the church, to lead the church, to impart to the church. These three government offices of the Church are called to minister to the masses, to great numbers of people. (1 Cor. 12:28) In a huge church the leadership will ether be apostle, prophet or leader. The Lord wants to have the team of the apostle, prophet, and teacher working together. (Acts 11:30,13:1-3, 15:22-23,6) When you study the word elder, you come up with three that made the eldership, which are the apostle, the prophet, and the teacher. I believe these three are before the pastor and evangelist, it is not that the pastor or the evangelist is apart of the elders, it is that the first three are seniors. (Acts 13:1-3, 1 Cor. 12:28) Pastors are only listed once in the body, pastors are cell leaders, it is a gift giving to the church, and the pastoral ministry is to be based in the home cell, among a group of 12. A pastor is called to pastoral care of a few groups of believers, not a huge group of believers. (Eph. 4:11) The pastoral epistles are not Pastoral Epistles, instead they are apostolic epistles; Timothy was an apostle and Paul is an example of Ecclesiastical Apostle, and Timothy is an example of Congregational Apostle, and even a Territorial apostle. This is the day of the Ecclesiastical Apostle, and the Lord rising up many Timothy Networks. (1 Thess. 2:6-11) There could be pastoral apostles, pastoral prophets, and pastoral teachers that will oversee a huge church. Likewise the evangelist is called to minister on the outside of the church to win the lost to Christ, they are called to win certain groups, not like massive numbers, this is only when an apostle, or prophet, or teacher has the gift of the evangelist too. (2 Tim. 4:5) However, we need the apostle, prophet, Teacher, evangelist and Pastor to equip the Church for the work of the ministry. An Apostle brings government, a prophet brings vision, a teacher brings the wisdom of the Word, a pastor brings love to the church, and evangelist brings love for the lost. (Eph. 4:11-12) In the order of the Church, this goes for global, national, and city, and congregational. The Apostle is first in the order of church government, this means He is the senior leader over prophets, and teachers, then comes the prophet who is second in the order of church government this means the prophet is senior leader over the teacher. This order is done with willingness and grace, with freedom and liberty. The apostle does not control the prophet, or teacher, the prophet does not control the teacher, instead they are willing working together in the eldership of the church. Each one carries a function in the team, and willing submits to one another. The apostle is the coordinator, and the prophet and teacher are to follow the lead of the apostle, together they cooperation with one another. It is a mature apostle, recognize by the congregation, and affirm by other outside mature apostles and prophets that lead the team of elders. (1 Cor. 12:28) Among a team of elders the senior apostle, who is the founder, set visionary, set man, and mature, there could be more then one apostle, but only the founder apostle will lead the elders, leading the elder's means coordinator in cooperation with one another. (1 Cor. 12:28) 1 Corinthians 12:28 And God hath set some in the church, first apostles, secondarily prophets, thirdly teachers, after that miracles, then gifts of healings, helps, governments, diversities of tongues. We see here that the Apostle is first, Prophets are Second and Teachers are third. This is order of the Church. Here is a modern day interpretation of 1 Cor. 12:28: 1.Apostles 2. Prophets 3. Teachers 4. Pastors 5. Evangelists 6. Prayer Ministry 7. Worship Ministry 8. Deliverance 9. Believers Ministry 10. Compassion Ministry11. Helps 12. Administrations I have been working on this modern day interpretation of 1 Cor. 12:28, so it's not done yet. Keep an open Mind. The Apostle ministers government, order, and revelation, He is the gatekeeper, and He has keys to give to the congregation, a prophet ministers vision, prophetic, now word, the teacher ministers the wisdom of the Word, and the application of the Word. These three are brought together into a holy team in the congregation to minister as one in grace of the Lord. This order of leadership, and it is the order of importation gifts of the church. (1 Cor. 12:28) 21. Application and Understanding From the Word of God, which is the Bible comes teachings that are to apply to our lives, we are to renew our minds and believe and be a doer of the Word, instead of being a hearer only. Today I want to talk about a principle of application and understanding about how we see the practices and methods that we find in the early church when we apply them to the church today. There are teachings in the Word, then there are practices and methods in the Word, and from the teaching of the Word we will can have practices and methods, then there are practices and methods that come from the early church written in the Holy Word of God, which is the Bible. There can be teachings that come from these practices and methods that come from the early church that we can apply in the church today. From the teaching of the Word of God come principles that we are to apply with grace. Then there are principles that can come from the practices and methods that come from the early church that we can apply in the church today with grace. However, these practices and methods that come from the early church may grow, procreate in their application to the church today, and methods may changes and we may have better ones today since the early church was not prefect, and the Lord has brought restoration and progression to the church, and church that we will have become will be more better and more glorious then early church in the Book of Acts; these practices will come from Word. Notwithstanding, there are principles, practices and methods that the early church has that we are to apply them; these are ones that are clear in the Holy Scriptures. Nevertheless, We must understand principles, practices and methods of the early church are not absolutes, they can ether be interpretations, deductions and even beyond these, which we should not build upon. There are the gospel essentials and then there are non-essentials, which is where principles, practices and methods are under. Notwithstanding, we need to study the practices of the early church and begin to be led by the Holy Spirit in how to apply them for their better then the ones that we have today, they didn't come from God, instead from man, and it is time to teach these practices and give application of them, so that we may see their fruits and even better fruits then of the early church. 22. The Vision of Reformation We can foresee by the prophetic and by the Holy Scriptures with revelation seeing the vision of reformation, what kind of reformation that is coming, yes this reformation has already begun, it first begun as a lamb, soon it will become a lion and then it will become a horse, this reformation is a work of becoming pure gold, pearls, and precious stones. Reformation is a work of the holy fire of God from the Holy Spirit. (Mal. 3:2-3, Matt. 3:8-12,1 Cor. 3:5-17,Heb. 12:25-29, Rev. 21:9-21, Rev. 3:14-22) We have already entered into the Third reformation, this is called the new apostolic reformation, this is called the reformation of the church, the reformation of all of Christianity, and this is the great reformation. The face of the church will change in one generation. What we think is church will not be church, the church now and the church that is coming is a whole new picture of glory and unity. (Heb. 9:10) The reasons why we need reformation; we need reformation for unity to come more and mature unity to come, new wineskins that can connected and have unity and hold the new wines of the Spirit, and hold the power and glory of God, to lay foundation for the end time church, to lay the foundation for revivals and lasting revivals, to become more like the church that Jesus wants. (Matt. 7:15-29) Many Christians groups will come to an end, all denominations will come to an end, the apostolic church which, is the church of the third reformation will arise as a pillar of fire that will consume as a consuming fire the whole of Christianity and fill the church. The Church shall become the apostolic church, for the church is the apostolic church. (Heb. 12:25-29) The congregations and companies that pass through the fires of reformation will have unity and oneness among them. Reconciliation will come, then unity will come, and then we will enter into oneness. (Eph. 2:19-22, 3:14-21, 4:13-16, 5:26-27) Every one who names the name of Christ, every congregation that names the name of Christ, every group that names the name of Christ, and the whole church, and the whole of Christianity will be place and pass through the fires of reformation, many will be burn up, and there will be those who pass through and become more pure. These ones that pass through all the way shall fill the whole earth. (Matt. 3:12,1 Cor. 3:11-15) Reformation vision of laying the foundations of the apostles and prophets, arising up the new apostolic church, arising up the new apostolic city church, establishing the marketplace church, the church full of the gifts of the Spirit and all spiritual gifts. The believers will do the work of the ministry. An outpouring of signs, wonders, power of God, prophesy, visions and dreams, laying the foundation for revivals and lasting revivals. (Phil. 4:9) The bishops and administers will no longer lead the Church; instead Apostles and Prophets shall lead the Church. (1 Cor. 12:28, Eph. 2:20, 3:5) The Apostolic Church will fill the whole church around the world, and unity will come, and this unity will increase, and glory will increase, and harvests will increase, until the point of giving birth to the Kingdom Church, which is the mature City Church; the end times church of glory and holiness. (Eph. 4:13,5:27) There are five reformations of the church that the Lord as revealed to me; the first was the reformation of the New Testament Church, the second reformation was the Protestant Reformation, the Third Reformation is the New Apostolic Reformation, the fourth reformation is the Kingdom Church Reformation, and the fifth reformation of the Church is the Eternal Reformation. (Amos 3:7-8, Prov. 29:18) In the Third Reformation the Lord will set the church free from religion, free from the Christian religion, freedom from Christianity, the church will be free and become the Bride of Christ, and the city of God around the world, and reconnect, and realign to the Kingdom of God. (Eccl. 7:8, Heb. 6:12) The Church has been going through restoration; we are coming to the end of the restoration of the priesthood, the mark of this is the third reformation the great reformation of the church, the reformation of all things in the church. Just as the church when through restoration of all things in the church, now the church will enter into the reformation of all things in the church. This is the beginning of end of the restoration of the priesthood, and the beginning of the restoration of the kings of the Kingdom. (Acts 3:19,21, Heb. 9:10) Reformation has already begun, now it is time for you to have personal reformation. Take hold of the thesis of reformation, come to true repentance and renew your mind by the Holy Scriptures, prayer and the Holy Spirit. (Matt. 3:1-12,4:16-17) 23. Personal Reformation Reformation has already begun; this is a time of reformation that has begun. This time of reformation will come to the whole church around the world. I see a vision of angels released in such as a time as this; they are flying over the church around the world, releasing reformation fires upon the church. (Heb. 9:10) The Holy Spirit is the Spirit of reformation, and there is beginning an outpouring of the Spirit of reformation upon the Church, the Holy Spirit is the Spirit of Revival and there is coming great outpourings of revival upon the Church. Reformation is laying the foundations for revivals, massive revivals, habitational revival, lasting revivals, and the resting glory of the Lord. (Jer. 1:10) There are some who are crying reformation, who are shouting reformation, however they do not have Spirit of Reformation, for true reformation comes with love, grace, patience, and the anointing of the Holy Spirit. (1 Cor.14: 26, Eph. 4:15) As reformation comes to the Church on a corporate level, reformation will come on a personal level; from corporate reformation comes personal reformation to you and me. (Isa. 1:16-20) We are to pray for corporate reformation to come to the church, we are to be praying for massive corporate reformation to come to the city church, national church and the global church, and we are to pray for personal reformation to come to us. (MK. 11:11-26) Apply the process of personal reformation with these sample steps, personal reformation is renewing our minds, and our ways of faith in grace, and anointing. As we change our mindsets, renewing our minds and changing the ways of church on a personal level, we will see the fruits of reformation and the fries of reformation in our lives. (Matt. 4:17,Rom. 12:2, Heb. 12:25-29) Process of personal reformation: · Pray for personal reformation, pray for grace of personal reformation, pray for the Spirit of reformation, and pray for your heart to be filled with love. · Write down everything you know about church and the Christian life, then write down everything the Bible says about church, and about the Christian life, then repent for doing and being apart of those things that are not the church that are not the Christian life. · Read, study, and meditate on the Scripture truths on reformation, pray for the Spirit of Wisdom and Spirit of Revelation, and ask the Holy Spirit to teach you and lead you in reformation and personal reformation. · Read, study, and meditate on teaching and articles that have a nature of reformation, and that is reformation in nature and those on the reformation. Allow the Holy Spirit lead you and teach you, repent of those areas that you follow in faith that is not the ways of Christ for the Church and the Christian life. · Begin to change the way you do Church, and the way you do Christian life. · Seek to fellowship with those who are seeking the Lord for reformation and personal reformation. · Speak love and understanding to those who disagree with you, and pray in love for them. Above all you can fellowship and should fellowship with believes based on the Cross of Christ first and foremost. · Pray and find those spiritual leaders that are following the Lord in reformation. · Pray for the fires of reformation to come upon your life, upon your mind and your heart. · Begin to share the truths of reformation with others, in love and grace. · Pray and ask the Lord to open your eyes to any demon that is in your life that is against the reformation, then pray, bind, cast out those evil spirits that are against reformation and break any soul ties with things, people, ideals, groups, that are against reformation. Pray for fires of reformation to burn those things away from your life. · Be open to others about reformation, and reformation truth, all those in reformation may not agree on everything, but those things we agree upon we built upon, and show love and respect to those who teach reformation things that you disagree about, and built upon those things you agree upon, and above all fellowship is based upon the Cross of Christ. As you enter into personal reformation be humble and have a listening ear to hear from the Holy Spirit and from others around you. Ask the Lord to guard the truths of reformation in your heart and lead you in the process of reformation. (Gal. 3:1-9, 5:1,7-15) 24. Restoration of the Christian Life The Modern Christian life is going to church on Sunday and then going home, you go to church, instead of being in the church, then you go to work and the church remains behind the four wall outside of your workplace, your home, and your life. (Jn. 15:1-8) The Christian Life is to live for Christ at home, at work, among your friends, and then in a church building. Worship is more then a service, instead it is a life with God in all you do throughout the week. (Col. 3:12-17) The face of the Church will change in one generation, the Christian life will change in one generation, the face of church life will change in one generation, and the workplace will change in one generation. We live in radical apostolic times of the Spirit, from the Throne Room the Voice of the Lord is calling for changes to all things we know of, this is the day we are entering into radical change. (Heb. 12:25-29) The Christian life will be the life of revival, the life of the church will be a life of revival, and your workplace will have workplace revival, and revivals will fill the church in all places, and revivals will pour out and overflow from the church unto nations and cities around the world. (Matt. 3:11-12) We are in a time of reformation, this is the third reformation of the church, the reformation of all things in the church, and this reformation is laying the foundation for massive revivals, lasting revivals, revivals, revival movements, and resting revivals, and the revival life. (Heb. 9:10) Restoration of the Christian Life: 1. Relationship with Christ: To know Christ, to begin a true relationship with Him, to have on going relationship in truth and grace. Relationship with God is above the congregation, above the workplace, above the home life, above all things in this life; instead relationship with God gives meaning to the home life, workplace, congregation, and all things in this life. 2. Build on Relationship: We are called to be in relationship with God, love God, and be in unity with Him, and likewise we are called to build relationships with one another, to love one another, to pray for one another, and to be in unity with one another. 3. Know the Holy Scriptures: Every believer, not just a few, instead all in the church is to study and meditate on the Word for themselves, We are not to wait for someone to preach or teach the Word, instead we are to already know the Word, Children are to know the Word, and Young and teenagers are to know the Word. The Word, the Bible is the final authority in life. 4. Restoration of the Home life: Fathers are to be spiritual leaders, they are lead their homes in prayer and Bible Study, Fathers are to teach their children and Husbands are to love their wives, Mothers are to teach their Children, and Wives are to love their Husbands. Both Husbands and Wives are to love and teach one another in Christ. Moreover, this is where the church in the home begins, this is where the church life begins, and this is where the Christian life begins. We must restore the church life in the home; Christians need to return to meeting in their homes. 5. Restoring the believer's ministry: We as believers in Christ are all priesthood, the church is a holy royal priesthood. The believers are called to 98% percent of the ministry, it is the believers who are called to do the work of the ministry, and the five-fold ministry is called to equipped the believers for the work of ministry. 6. Restoration of kings in Christ: Every believer in Christ is called to be a king in the King of kings in His Kingdom on Earth. Apostolic ministry is to teach and rise up kings for the Kingdom. 7. The Common Power of God: All believers are to prophecy, have visions and dream dreams, they are to have supernatural signs, gifts of the Spirit and the power of God. 8. The Revival Life: I believe all believers are to have revival, personal revival for all believers; the life of revival is for every believer in Christ. 9. Restoration of Joy: every believer is to serve the Lord with gladness, having the joy of the Lord in all areas of a believer's life. Christians are to rejoice in the Lord, Sunday is a time for joy, fellowship with other believers is a time of joy, and your life is to have the joy of the Lord. 10. Fellowship with the City Church: There is only one church in each city; there are many congregations within one city church. Believers are called to have more things in common, and to reach the day that we have all things in common. We have entered into the third reformation, the life of a Christian will change radical, the life of the church will change radical. Reformation is preparing the way for revivals, many revivals and the revival life that is coming soon. The next level of city church is upon us, the new apostolic city church will arise in many cities, and the new apostolic congregation shall arise in many cities, and the New Apostolic Church will arise in the church in all cities and in all nations around the world, and the church in the home will be restored. (Hab. 2:2-3) 25. Rebuilding The Home Church Life The Church in the Home is more scripture then the local church, and the city church is more scripture is then the local church, in our time radical changes are coming to the local church, the new apostolic congregation is arising, and the next stage of city church is the new apostolic city church. (Acts 2:24, 8:3,20:20, Rom. 16:3,5, 1 Cor. 16:19, Col. 4:15, Phlm. 2, 2 Jn. 10) The Lord is bringing restorations to the church in the home, the home church, the cell church, and the way they flow in fellowship is changing. The pastoral ministry is based in the home church, or you can say home cell. There needs to be freedom and liberty in the home church, freedom and liberty for the pastoral ministry, and ministry in the home church, however freedom with order, responsibly, accountable, and to be grounds where future apostolic leadership, prophets and teachers are train, and through their successfulness, faithfulness, and maturity are promoted and raise up into eldership and oversight ministries in a new apostolic congregation. (Acts 2:42,46,47) Reasons for having the church in the home: 1. Relationship building. 2. The seven one another's. 3. Mutual Edification. 4. Believer's ministry. 5. Discipleship. 6. Pastoral ministry. 7. Pastoral care. 8. Christian lifestyle. The Pastoral ministry and the Church leaders in the home are plural and work as a team, with one leading the group. (LK. 10:1) How does Cell leaders, or Home Cell Leaders lead? 1. Coordinate. 2. Create an environment of liberty. 3. Protection. 4. Has the last word. 5. Maintain the continuity. 6. Pastoral care. 7. Give sermons. 8. Coherence. 9. Pastoral Ministry. 10. Connect to the Congregation. Congregation is a network of home cells, and the city church is a network of congregations. (Acts 13:1-3) Cell leaders that are call to other places of ministries in the congregation can be promoted through the home church. (Acts 14:23) Home Church meetings to be a place of mutual edification, mutual respect, mutual responsibility, mutual submission, and mutual ministry; the home church is the social location of the church, the home church is where the church meets, and the center place of a congregation is for apostolic ministry, equipping ministry, and prophetic and teachers ministry. The home church is the place for pastors and evangelist's ministry. (1 Cor. 14:26) Example of Home Church Meeting Outline: 1. Eating together. 2. Reading letters from apostolic leaders. 3. Sharing together. 4. Prayer. 5. Prophecy. 6. Worship. 7. Teaching one another. 8. Giving of a sermon from pastoral ministry, etc. 9. Ministry time. 10. Fellowship. The Home Church is not a program; instead it is the fellowship of the congregation. The center meeting place is the place for equipping, apostolic, prophetic and teaching ministry of the apostle, prophet, and the teacher. (1 Cor. 12:28) 26. Average Christian An average Christian is one who know Christ, goes to church service on Sunday morning, and maybe a weekday church service, and they give to their church often, and maybe pray a few minutes a day, and will try to be a witness for Christ. (Jude 12) What we think is an average Christian will change, what we think is church will change, what we think is church life will change, and what we think is the Christian life will change! For the face of the whole church will change in one generation! (Heb. 9:10) The Christian life will be the revival life, all believers will have revival, and this will be common and average. All believers will have the common power of God, and this will be common and average. All believers will move in spiritual gifts and have gifts of the Spirit, and this will be common, and average. All believers will be ministers of the work of the ministry, and this will be common and average. (MK. 16:15-18) The average Christian will be rising up as a priest in the church, they will be persons of prayer, and of the power of God, and the average Christian will be raise up as a king in the Kingdom ministering in the world around them, they move forth, they walk forth, they will take hold of the world around them, and change the world. (1 Pet. 2:5,9) The average Christian will prophecy, have vision and see dreams, they will flow in the common prophetic river that is giving to all believers in Christ. (Acts 2:17-18) The average Christian will flow in the power of God and flow in supernatural signs, they will flow in the common power of God, the believers will become supernatural again in the Holy Spirit. (MK. 16:17-18) The average Christian will know the Bible for them, they will know the Word, and they will know how to apply the Word to the world around them. (Deut. 6:1-9) The average Christian will know how to pray, will be a person of prayer, they may not pray for hours, instead they will know how to pray, they will be faithful in prayer, they will love to pray, they will seek the Lord faithfully, and they will pray at least an hour. (1 Tim. 2:1) The average Christian today will not be the average Christian tomorrow; the average Christian today will look like a weak believer, or a backslider. The spiritual leadership today will not be the spiritual leadership of tomorrow. The tomorrow-average Christian will be as the spiritual leadership today, and the spiritual leadership of tomorrow will be advance. The eminent spiritual leadership of today in our nation, and in our cities, tomorrow the advance spiritual leader will be eminent, and the spiritual leadership that stands out from among them as their role models and mentors will be super supernatural spiritual leaders. (Eph. 4:11-12) Everything you know of Church is changing; do not built on those things that will no longer be apart of the basic patterns of church, instead see by revelation and the prophetic and begin to build by grace and the leading of the Holy Spirit. (1 Cor. 3:10) 27. Finding Spiritual fulfillment Many hunger, and many thirst in the church around the world, some don't even know it, some have forgotten that they were hungry and thirsty. The Holy Spirit is calling and leading us into a time of great spiritual hunger and thirst. There will come great spiritual hunger and thirst first upon the church and then upon the world; this is all work of the Holy Spirit. (Matt. 5:6) First and foremost you must know that your salvation, and eternal life is by faith and grace. When you truly give your life to Christ you are saved and have eternal life, this is all by faith and repentance in Christ. (Eph. 2:8-9) Second, all believers need proper basic discipleship and then they can grow properly in Christ and their purpose in life. (Heb. 6:1-2, Col. 2:6-7) Third, all believers are to be equipped for the work of the ministry, spiritual leadership's main function is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry. (Eph. 4:12) Fourth, the believers are to be trained, and mentored in their calling and gifts, and their purpose in the church and the Kingdom of God. The congregation has be an environment for the supernatural, for revival, and for spiritual gifts. (Rom. 12:4) Fifth, We need the supernatural of the Holy Spirit, first prophecy, visions and dreams, and then the power of God, signs and the gifts of the Spirit. (MK. 16:17-18, Acts 2:17-18) Sixth, apostles, prophets, and teachers need be the leading and center elders of a congregation. (1 Cor. 12:28) Seventh, The foundation of a congregation needs to be apostles and prophets. (Eph. 2:20) Eighth, A congregation needs apostolic and prophetic teaching and ministry. (Eph. 3:5) Ninth, A congregational fellowship needs to be in homes, it is time for fellowship and building relationships to be in homes, with a center place for equipping, training, mentoring, fathering, and apostles, prophets and teachers ministry; the home fellowship is the place for relationship growth and pastoral ministry. (Rom. 16:5,10,11, 1 Jn. 1:7) Tenth, congregations and believers in Christ need the community of faith, and continuity of the city church. (Eph. 2:19-22) In addition, believers should know how to pray; become faithful in personal prayer, and have a revival of prayer; it is hard to have complete spiritual fulfillment without a personal life of prayer. (Phil. 4:6-7) Besides, every believer needs an every day life with the Holy Spirit, we need to seek the Holy Spirit, and fellowship in the Holy Spirit, and allow the Holy Spirit to minister to us everyday. (Eph. 5:17-18) Moreover, We need to pray for revival, every believer needs personal revival, we need the fire of the Lord and revival, and we need the revival life and the congregation needs the fire of the Lord and revival, and the city church needs revival and the church need revivals, and lasting revivals. (Lev. 6:12-13) Furthermore, We need to be centered and focus on our Lord Jesus Christ, we need to center on Him, and glorify Him. (Jn. 12:32) Conclusion, We must not only build on Truth, revelation and faith we must build on relationship, first relationship with the Lord, we are to love the Lord, and then with relationship with one another, for we are to love one another. (Matt. 22:37-39) 28. Looking for a Church Many of you from around the world, are looking for a church, yes many of you are faithful members of a church and above all the church. You are not alone, for the Lord Himself is seeking and waiting for a church. (Zech. 4:6-10) Just as Abraham was seeking and waiting for a city, which has foundations, whose builder and maker is God. Today churches have no foundations; the Lord wants churches to have foundations, congregations whose foundations are the apostles and prophets. The Lord wants congregations who are building by apostolic grace from Christ and are led by the Holy Spirit. (Heb. 11:10,16) First of all, the Holy Spirit will rise up the city church in many cities around the world; there is only one city church in each city, in every nation, that church is called the city church, the new apostolic city church shall arise under the leadership of apostles, there will be new apostolic city church networks, and there will be new apostolic city church centers, where there will be prayer, worship and prophetic watch, and ministry of church of the city will be centered and begin from this new center. This will be a new beginning, and a new level of city church, and some day we will have the mature city church, the end time church, which shall be full of glory, a glorious church. (Rev. 21:2,9-10) Second, the Holy Spirit will rise up the new apostolic congregation in many cities around the world, a congregation lead by apostles, a congregation with apostles, prophets, and teachers as the elders, a congregation where the foundation is the apostles and prophets, a congregation where the believers do the work of the ministry, a congregation where the spiritual leadership equips the believers for the work of the ministry, a congregation that fellowships and built relationships in their homes, and a congregation that flows in the gifts of the Spirit. (1 Cor. 12:28) Third, the Holy Spirit will rise up the new apostolic networks all over the world, networks of freedom and relationship that connects to one another building up the church around the world. (Matt. 13:47) Fourth, the Holy Spirit will raise the new apostolic church around the world in every city of every nation, and in every nation, and will fill the whole church around the world. (Heb. 12:25-29) Fifth, the Holy Spirit will raise up the marketplace church, which is the church in the marketplace; The marketplace church is the outreach of the city church, the new apostolic city church, the marketplace church is the outreach of the new apostolic congregation, and the marketplace church is the outreach of the new apostolic church around the world. The new apostolic marketplace church will arise as a force of change in the world around us. (Rev. 5:10) Furthermore, reformation, massive reformation is coming to the church around the world, the church in every city of every nation, and of every national church in every nation, revival, revivals and massive revivals is coming to the church in every city of every nation, is coming to every national church in every nation, revivals, massive revivals, and many revivals are coming to every city of every nation, and is coming to every nation around the world. Social transformation, many social transformations, massive social transformation, and waves of social transformation is coming to many cities and all cities in every nation, and is coming to many nations and all nations around the world. Harvest, many harvests, and massive harvests of the masses in many nations, and many cities around the world are coming and this is just the beginning of the Lord's goodness and mercy. (1 K. 18:41-46) 29. The Need for a Pastor The need for pastor changes as you mature in Christ, we need proper teaching of spiritual maturity so that there is foundation, and that there is continue spiritual growth in Christ and in the body of Christ. (Heb. 5:12-14, 6:1-2) We grow as believers in Christ from babes, to children, then to young people, and then become fathers. We are called to be fathers, and then there are fathers of the faith, which are the apostles. We need apostolic fathers in the church once again. To lay the foundation for spiritual maturity, and to raise up fathers, and lead the fathers. (1 Jn. 2:12-14) There is maturity as a believers, and then there maturity in the gifts, both are needed, maturity in the gifts is for function and for the edification of the church, and maturity as a believer is for character and your witness. (2 Pet. 3:18, Rom. 12:4) Apart from that, the ministry of the pastor is for the home church, the church in the home, not for the center equipping house, Pastors are to feed, care and love the sheep. Their ministry is more for babes and the children, then after that we need the pastoral ministry for love and care that the Lord have giving them. (Rom. 16:5,10) The church in the home, is the church meeting, the center equipping house is for the ministry meeting, it is the ministry of the apostle, prophet and teacher. Today most pastors of local churches are not pastors, instead they are teachers, however there is no such thing as a one man ministry, we need the plural elders, with a set man who leads by vision and is cooperation, coherence, continuity with the elders, but has the last word. The apostles, prophets, teachers are the leading elders, and however, pastors are to ministry and their ministry is in the home church. (1 Cor. 12:28) Apart from that, when you're a spiritual babe, or a spiritual children in the church you need more the ministry of pastors and teachers, but as you grow into young men or toward fathers you need the ministry of apostles and prophets, yes all need the ministry of pastors, all need the ministry of teachers, all need the ministry of prophets, and all need the ministry of apostles. (Eph. 3:5) However, the need for a pastor changes as you mature in Christ, in order to maintain growth and to continue to mature you need the ministry of the apostles, and the ministry of the prophets. And spiritual fathers need the ministry of the apostles to lead them, and they need both the ministry of the apostles and prophets to maintain growth and to continue to mature, for we will always grow and always mature in Christ. (Eph. 3:5) The need for the five-fold ministry will change in the future when we come to the unity of the faith, knowledge of the Son of God, to a mature man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ. In the Tabernacle of Moses, when you enter the holy place, where there is the Table of Showbread, the Altar of Incense, the golden Lampstand, there are five pillars of acacia wood, meaning the five-fold ministry. Most of the history of the church has be in the outer court where the Bronze Laver is, and the Altar of Burnt offering, soon the day will come when we will enter pass the five pillars of acacia wood into the holy place, and then some day we will come when we will enter into the Most Holy Place. When we pass through the five pillars of acacia wood the need for the five-fold ministry will change. I don't know what kind of change it will be, but the way we relate and their service toward us will change. (Eph. 4:11-16) Furthermore, maturity as a believer and maturity in the gifts, maturity on a personal level and maturity on a corporate level, maturity is the will of Christ, maturity is the will of the Father, and maturity is the will of the Holy Spirit, and maturity should be your will and your congregation's will. (Eph. 4:13-15) 30. Discipleship, Equipping, Mentoring and Fathering We must built congregations that have environments for gifts, revivals, spiritual growth, and spiritual maturity. If the Holy Spirit is not manifesting Himself in your services you got to ask why? If you are the only one walking, moving and manifesting in the gifts you got to ask why? If there is no spiritual maturity among you, you got to ask why? If the same saints year after year are not mature, you got to ask why? (1 Cor. 14:26-33) Their needs to be a foundation lay for spiritual maturity, we need to understand spiritual maturity, and we need to have environment for spiritual maturity. Those who say we are ok, our church is doing fine, are behind and lack the gifts and the power of God, and are in want and need, and are not ready for revival or harvest. (1 Cor. 1:7) First and foremost we need to deal with spiritual maturity. The firstly we need good discipleship ministry in our congregations. When a person comes to know Christ they are first babes in Christ, spiritual babes and they need milk. (1 Cor. 3:1-2, Col. 2:6-7) Secondly after we go through the process of discipleship 1:01 then we need to be equipped. One of the main purposes of the five-fold ministry is to equip the believers for the work of the ministry; the saints are to do the work of the ministry, not the five-fold ministry. (Eph. 4:12) Thirdly as we are going through the process of equipping, we need to entering into mentoring, every believer is to be mentor by others who are gifted in the same gifts as they are, not only gifted in the same gifts, also mature and skillful in those gifts. (2 Tim. 1:6-7, 1 Tim. 4:14) Fourthly as you go through both the process of equipping and the process of mentoring, it is time for fathering, fathering goes beyond mentoring, it is for life, a father sees your purpose and helps to guide you there, the it is relationship with a father that matters, a father is like a life coach or a sport coach, but it is more then that. It is some one who sees your gifts, purpose, and your heart, and that are there for you. A father imparts into your life and ministry, his or hers life and ministry, they add to you. (1 Tim. 1:2, 2 Tim. 1:1-7) Discipleship is for the Christian life, foundation for spiritual maturity, and to live an overcoming life in Christ. Equipping is for the work of the ministry, and for the edification of the Body of Christ. Mentoring is for spiritual gifts and for maturity in the gifts. Fathering is for relationship and life support in ministry and life. (Heb. 5:12-14) Babes and children need milk, babes need discipleship, children and young men need equipping, young men need mentoring and fathering, and young men and fathers need meat, and fathers need apostolic fathers. (1 Pet. 2:2, Heb. 5:14) 31. The Thesis of the Third Reformation We have already enter into the Third Reformation of the Church, The New Apostolic Church is the church of the Third Reformation, and the New Apostolic Church will arise and fill the whole church, and some day in our future the whole church will be the apostolic church. The Third Reformation will touch all believers, and all churches, and all groups in Christianity. The Third Reformation will bring an end to the Christian Religion, and the church will stand as the Priesthood of the Kingdom apart from the Christian Religion, and the bond between the Church and the Kingdom of God will be establish once again, and we will see the glory of the Lord, for the Third Reformation is laying the foundation for many revivals, massive revivals, lasting revivals and the resting revival. (Prov. 29:18) In the third reformation many churches will come to an end, and many new apostolic congregations will be birth and rise up in every city of every nation around the world. In the third reformation many Christian groups will come to an end, and many new apostolic networks will be birth and rise up. In our cities, in many cities the new apostolic city church will arise a network of new apostolic congregations in a city. The foundation of the Church shall once again be apostles and prophets, the foundation of the city church shall once again be apostles and prophets, and apostles and prophets shall lead the church once again. (Jer. 1:10) The Holy Spirit spoke to me about five reformations throughout the Church history; The First was the reformation in the New Testament Church, the second was the Protestant Reformation, the Third Reformation, is the New Apostolic Reformation, that has already begun, it is our reformation in our times, and in the future there will be two more reformations after this one. The Fourth reformation is the Apostolic Church to the Mature City Church, which is the End Time Church, and the Fifth reformation will be from the End Time Church to the Eternal Bride. (Heb. 9:10) In this article I will share with you, the thesis of the Third Reformation, for in each reformation there was thesis, I am not saying that I know all of them on the contrary, I do know some of them, be prayerful, and be humble, allow the Holy Spirit to open your eyes to the Word of God and the Thesis of the Third Reformation. (Isa. 62:10) The Thesis of the Third Reformation: 1. The Church is in the home, the church meetings are in the home, the equipping ministry is in a center gathering place, the pastoral ministry is in the church in the home, and the ministry of the apostles, prophets, and teachers are in the center gathering place. 2. All believers in Christ are priests, they have spiritual gifts, and a purpose, they have a ministry, and the believers are called to do the work of the ministry. 3. The Church is the Priesthood of the Kingdom, ambassadors of the Kingdom of God, and the Bride of Christ. 4. The Kingdom of God has begun at our Lord Jesus Christ's resurrection, ascension, and seated at the Right Hand of the Father. The Kingdom of God is coming through the outpourings of the Holy Spirit and the works of the saints, and the fullness of the Kingdom of God will come at the return of Christ. 5. The believers are called to be kings of the Kingdom of God, they are called to change and bring social transformation to our cities and nations around the world, and the apostles are called to rise up the kings of the Kingdom. 6. The future and destiny of the church shall be a church full of glory, a glorious church, and the church shall be a mature church, the church shall be a holy church, and the church shall be a united church. 7. The End times are a time of the glorious church, mature city church, healing of the nations, the oneness of Israel and the church, and preparation for the return of Christ. 8. The Jews rightful land is the nation of Israel, and that Jerusalem is the rightful capital of the nation of Israel. 9. The Torah, the Sabbath, and the Seven Feasts of the Lord are applicable to believers today. 10. The new apostolic congregation's elders are plural; the leading elders are apostles, prophets, and teachers, with a set person leading the plural of elders. 11. The new apostolic congregation's is an environment for spiritual maturity, spiritual gifts, gifts of the Spirit, and the work of the Ministry. 12. The Main purpose of the Five-Fold Ministry is to equip the saints for the work of the ministry, and the saints are to do the work of the ministry. 13. There are modern day apostles and prophets, and apostles and prophets are the foundation of the church. 14. Grace Giving is biblical giving, in a new apostolic congregation, it is the Lord who gives us the seed and grace in order to give, and those who give are blessed in their giving, giving is an act of worship. 15. Spiritual gifts and the gifts of the Spirit are for today, every believer is to walk in spiritual gifts and gifts of the Spirit giving to them. 16. All believers can flow in prophecy, visions, dreams, signs, gifts the Spirit and the power of God. 17. The new apostolic congregation's is an environment for spiritual maturity, discipleship, equipping, mentoring and fathering. 18. The new apostolic congregation's is a house for the prophets, and Prophets are protected and welcome. 19. The new apostolic congregation's is a missionary home base to the nations. 20. The new apostolic congregation's is a place for compassion and mercy ministries and works. 21. The new apostolic congregation's outreach is the marketplace, the workplace, and we support the church in the workplace. 22. The new apostolic congregation's believes there is only one church in each city, and that the church is the city church, and we support the city church, and are a part of the new apostolic city church, and seeks to work with other churches in their city, and believes in the Body of Christ, and seeks and supports unity in the church. 23. The new apostolic congregation's Church is a church of many people groups in Christ, and this is a church where women and Children are honor for their gifts and skills, and are not hinder. There is no age gap or gender gap, or race gap in the Apostolic Church. 24. The new apostolic congregation's is a house of prayer for all nations and is a house of true worship according to the Tabernacle of David. 25. The new apostolic congregation's is a church of deliverance, and casting out demons and healing the sick in the name of Jesus. The new apostolic congregation's believes in the common ground and common faith of all believers in Christ, and seeks to love and fellowship with all believers in Christ. 32. spirit of Diotrephes The spirit of Diotrephes stands in the way of the believer's priesthood, stands in the way of the five-fold ministry, stands in the ways of the apostles and the prophets, stands in the way of plurality of elders, stands in the way of the city church, and stands in the way of unity in the church; we have come to the days of the end of the Diotrephes spirit, and we have come to beginning of the liberty of the Spirit. (2 Jn. 9-12) Diotrephes spirit stands in the way of the Holy Spirit and the revivals, this is why reformation is coming; it is the judgment of the Lord first beginning in the house of the Lord. (1 Pet. 4:17) Diotrephes spirit: loves to have the pre-eminence amongst the brethren and in the church, would not receive the apostles, or other traveling ministers, and speaks against them with malicious words, forbids all others in the church to receive any of these brethren, and excommunicated from the church any who did receive apostolic or other of the traveling ministries. (2 Jn. 9-12) When the Diotrephes spirit first arise in the church, it was an order of man, not of Christ, it was against the ministry of the apostle, and it was the beginning sign of the coming great apostasy church, however, even today the Lord is leading us out of the apostasy church to an apostolic church. (2 Cor. 6:14-18, 7:1) Some say we are apostles, maybe they are, or maybe they are not, but one thing for sure is that they are immature apostles in following the ways of the Diotrephes spirit. This is why the reformation has come, not only to establish apostolic government, plus bring the freedom of the Holy Spirit back into the church. (Rev. 2:2) Diotrephes spirit fights against the reformation spirit of apostles who are following the Lord into the third reformation of the church. This reformation is to prepare the way, and lay the foundation for the manifestation of the Holy Spirit, revivals, and the glory of the Lord. (Heb. 9:10) The pastor is not to rule over the church, there is not a one-man rule in true church government, there is no Scripture foundation for the one man rule, instead there is the plurality of elders with a set man, but it is not a one man rule, it is not a tyrant, the tyranny government is the antichrist spirit and pride of man, not of the wisdom of God, the set man leads as a coordinator, with joined cooperation, continuity, and coherence of one another of the plurality of elders. (1 Tim. 4:14) Plurality of elders works together as one voice in cooperation, continuity, and coherence, with the senior elder being the set visionary and set coordinator of the Plurality of elders of a congregation. (Prov. 29:18, Prov. 24:3-6) The pastor is not to lead the congregation as a whole, the pastor is not to be the set man, or the set coordinator, he is not the leading elder, the pastor is not the main minister, and is not the center minister, instead the pastor is called to care for the members in the church in the home, he is called to pastor in the home, not overseer the church, instead the leading elders are apostles, prophets, and teachers. (1 Cor. 12:28) It is the believer who is to do the work of the ministry, not the apostle, not the pastor; instead the five-fold ministry is to equip the saints for the work of the ministry, this is they main purpose in the church, and in the congregation. (Eph. 4:11-12) Spiritual leadership does not have the power over the will of the believer; instead they guard the freedom that Christ has giving each believer, and they give wisdom and guidance. Spiritual leadership does not have authority to control the relationship between the believer and Christ; instead we are to support, and to build. (2 Cor. 1:24) 33. One Man Leadership The spiritual authority in the church around the world needs corporate reformation and personal reformation, much of the spiritual leadership, is not the leadership of the church, instead it is the leadership of man. (Zech. 4:6) There is no scripture foundation for the one-man leadership, there is no one rule leadership in the Church, instead there is only one Head of the church, that our Lord Jesus Christ. One-man leadership is of the Diotrephes spirit, and the wisdom of religion and the wisdom of man. (3 Jn. 9-12) There is not scripture foundation for the pastor to lead the whole congregation, there is no scripture foundation for the senior pastor, and the senior pastor is not the will of Christ for the church or the congregation, there is no scripture foundation for the modern day pastor as we see today, instead the pastor is to be the home church leader, to pastor the members from the fellowship of the church in the home. (Rom. 16:5) There is no scripture foundation for an apostle to be the one-man leadership or the one-man rule over the church. This is not true apostolic, this is not true apostolic government; the apostles are not lords in the church, instead they are foundational ministry. (1 Cor. 12:28) The apostle is first among equals, the apostle is first in church government, he is to lead the way, and this does not mean he is lord, this does not mean one-man leadership, this does not mean one man rule, the apostle is not called to be an tyrant, or autocrat, oppressor of the church, the church government is not a tyranny, totalitarianism. The apostle is the set visionary and set coordinator, he is the senior elder and senior leader, and however he works with the cooperation, continuity, and coherence of the plurality of elders. (1 Cor. 12:28, Acts 13:1-3) Yes there is a time for the forerunner, pioneer, and pathfinder work of the apostle, when an apostle must go far ahead of the rest, and may lead as the pioneer without the establishment of the plurality of elders. (Isa. 62:10) The plurality of elders work together in cooperation, continuity, and coherence, the senior elder first among equals works with the cooperation, continuity, and coherence of the rest of elders, then he will lead the way in vision and revelation, as the set coordinator of the plurality of elders, and the senior elder of the congregation. (1 Cor. 12:28) The senior elder should be an apostle, the senior should be the set man, but this is not a one man leadership, instead he is to lay down the path to follow the set vision, and he is the set visionary of the plurality of elders and the congregation. (Num. 27:15-23) The leading elders of the plurality of elders, are first apostles, second prophets, third teachers, these three are the leading elders of the congregation. (1 Cor. 12:28, Acts 13:1-3) It is not one-man leadership; it is apostle, prophet, and teacher team. It is not one-man rule, instead it is apostle, prophet, teacher cooperation, continuity, and coherencies, and with the lead apostle being the coordinator of the cooperation, continuity, and coherencies of the plurality of elders. (1 Cor. 12:28) Throughout the Holy Scriptures we see the examples of the threefold team of the apostle, prophet, and teacher: We see this in the Trinity the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit; Prophet, King, Priest; Faith, hope, love; prophecy, visions, dreams; and Gifts of the Father, the Five-fold Ministry, and the Gifts of the Spirit. Just as there is the oneness of the Trinity, there is oneness and unity in and between the threefold team. (1 Cor. 12:28, Acts 13:1-3, Matt. 23:34) The Threefold team is to form a trinity team in Christ and the Holy Spirit. They are to move in the same unity and same oneness of the Godhead. The congregation is to have the same unity and the same oneness of the Godhead, and the city church is to have the same unity and the same oneness of the Godhead, and the church around the world is to have same unity and the same oneness of the Godhead. (Jn. 17) Even the foundation of the church there is no a one man ministry, it is not a one man rule, instead it is apostles and prophet, it is the team work of both the apostle and prophet working together in cooperation, continuity, and coherencies with one another, with the apostle being the leading coordinator of the foundation work of the church however, the apostle leads from with the cooperation, continuity, and coherencies of the two unfolding team. (Eph. 2:20, 3:5, Rev. 18:20, LK. 11:29, Isa. 1:26) The believers are to do the work of the ministry, not the five-fold ministry, the believers are to do the work of ministry with cooperation, continuity, and coherencies, in unity and oneness, the five-fold ministry is to equip the saints for the work of ministry; they are the equipping ministry, and they are to equip with cooperation, continuity, and coherencies of one another in unity and oneness in Christ. (Eph. 4:11-12) Furthermore, there is no one-man leadership, and there is no one man rule in the church, instead there is cooperation, continuity, and coherencies of spiritual leadership and spiritual authority in the church. (1 Cor. 12:4-6) 34. Visions of the Apostolic Church We are in the second apostolic age of the church, the first apostolic age was in the Book of Acts, we are seen the restoration of the prophets, and we have seen the restoration of the apostles, and the foundation of the church are apostles and prophets, and the foundation of the apostles and prophets are being laid throughout the church around the world, and already we have entered into the New Apostolic Reformation, and the church of the third reformation is the new apostolic church. (Heb. 9:10) Reformation has come to lay the foundation and prepare the way for the revival life, revivals, lasting revivals, many revivals, and the resting revivals to come upon the church and the world. (Eph. 2:19-22) The whole church will go through reformation, this is the beginning of the end of many groups and many churches, and this is the beginning of new groups and new churches that will have unity and an oneness among them, for after this reformation the groups and the churches that remain will be in unity and in oneness. (Psa. 133) The New Apostolic Church is like a wild fire burning throughout the church, the Lord will establish the new apostolic church in every city and in every nation, and the new apostolic church will fill the whole church, and the whole church will become the apostolic church. (Heb. 12:25-29) The Lord will rise up the new apostolic congregations in every church, where there is the plurality of elders, with a set man leading the plurality of elders, the set man is a leading apostle of the plurality of elders, and the leading plurality of elders are apostles, prophets, and teachers, the leading elders of the new apostolic congregation is apostles, prophets, and teachers. The new apostolic congregation is a network of home churches, with a center meeting place for the equipping of the saints, for the ministry of the apostles, prophets, and teachers, and the ministry of the pastor is in the home church. In the new apostolic congregation the believers do the work of the ministry, and the five-fold ministry equips the saints, and the outreach of the new apostolic congregation is the marketplace church. (1 Cor. 12:28) The Lord is establishing the New Apostolic City Church, in many cities and in all cities around the world, the New Apostolic City Church is the next level of the growth of the city church, and the city church in the end times is the mature city church. The New Apostolic City Church is a network of new apostolic congregations, with a network of apostles at the city level, and there is a city church apostle leading the New Apostolic City Church Network, and there is a New Apostolic City Church Center for 24 hours 7 days of prayer, worship, and prophetic watch, and is home to the ministries that minister to the city as a whole, and the city church as a whole, and the outreach of the city church is the marketplace church. (Eph. 2:19-22) Besides, the Lord is rising up the city church, regional church, national church, and the global church. (Acts 13:1,Acts 18:22,Rom. 16:1,1 Cor. 16:19, Acts 15:41, Rom. 16:4) The Lord is rising up Apostolic networks all over the world, vertical apostolic networks, horizontal apostolic networks, and city church apostolic networks around the world. (Matt. 13:47) This is the Apostolic Church age of the Church! We have the Chief Apostle and Head of the Church our Lord Jesus Christ leading, building and rising up the Apostolic Church, with the Holy Spirit, for the Holy Spirit is the sending Spirit of the Father, He is the Apostolic Spirit of Christ leading the apostles, and the Father is the Apostolic Father sending Christ into the world to begin all these good things, the church, the Kingdom, the salvation of Israel, salvation of the world, and the restoration and healing of all nations. (Heb. 3:1) 35. Shepherding Ministries The New Apostolic revelational structure is a structure of freedom and anointing, beginning with the apostles and prophets as the foundation, then upon that foundation comes the apostles, prophets, and teachers, then upon that layer is the plurality of elders, upon that layer is the five-fold equipping ministry, then upon that layer is the pastoral ministry and the home church, and upon that layer is the priestly ministry of all believers, the every day believer, and upon that layer is the workplace church and workplace minister, the kingly ministry of all believers, and at last the Capstone and Chief Cornerstone, Chief Apostle and the Head of the Church. (1 Pet. 2:4-10) The New Ecclesiastical Wineskin an environment of freedom and liberty for the building of relationships and fellowshipping, equipping, spirituiral growth and spirituiral maturity, and the gifts of the Spirit and spirituiral gifts, and revivals, harvests, and the Holy Spirit. (1 Cor. 14:26-33) The Five-Fold Ministry is called to equipped the believers for the work of the ministry; this is their main purpose, they are not called to do the work of the ministry, instead the believers are called to do the work of the ministry, and the Five-Fold Ministry is called to equipped the saints for the work of the Ministry. (Eph. 4:7-12) The Five-Fold Ministry is called only to do 2% percent of the work of the ministry, and the believers are called to do 98% percent of the work of the Ministry, and the Five-Fold Ministry is called to equip the saints for the work of the ministry. They equip 98% percent of their calling, and the believer gives only 2% percent to support and ministry of the congregation, and 98% percent of the ministry of the believer is to minister outside of the four walls ministering in the workplace. The Church is only 2% Percent of the activity of the beilevers and the Kingdom is 98% percent of their activity. (Eph. 4:12) The Five-Fold ministry is the shepherding ministries of the church, it is not a one-man foundation to shepherd the flocks of God, or even a congregation, and instead it is all the five-fold ministers that have the functions of shepherding. (Acts 20:28) The three main functions of the Five-Fold Ministry is the shepherding the congregation, equipping the saints, and to do the work of the ministry. (Acts 20:28,Eph. 4:11-12,Matt. 28:19-20) Apart from that, the pastoral ministry is in the church in the home, a congregation is a network of home churches, with a equipping center. The pastor's place is in the home church, all the pastoral work and pastoral care is done within the home church. (Rom. 16:5) The presbytery is a plurality of elders; this is the leadership of the church, the plurality of elders is the center leadership of the congregation, with a senior elder leading with them. The leading elders are apostles, prophets, and teachers, for the apostle is first, prophet is second, and the teacher is third in the order of church government and the plurality of elders. The leading senior elder should be the founding apostle, if there is no leading apostle, it could be a prophet, or a teacher, or another apostle. However, the senior elder should be an apostle. Elders are mature ministers of the five-fold ministry. (Tit. 1:5-9) The qualifications of elders are: sound character, seasoned minister, and faithful, committed, sound doctrine, able to teach, a love and care for the people, a person of freedom and liberty, recognize by the church and congregation and affirmation from seasoned apostles, a person who can walk in unity and agreement, and have the same heart for ministry. (1 Tim. 3:1-13) It is apostles who ordained ministers, and appoints elders, and it is a seasoned apostle or mature apostle who commission other apostles. (Acts 14:23) 36. Stronger Order of Apostles and Prophets Apostles and prophets are first and second in the order of church government, apostles and prophets are sent and send ones, apostles and prophets are gatekeepers and watchmen, and apostles and prophets are judges and counselors at the gate of the city. Apostles and prophets are foundational, revelational, impartational ministry to the church; apostles and prophets are reformation, revival, and social transformation ministry to the church and the world. (Eph. 2:20) The New Wineskins are coming forth and the New Wines are being poured out filling the new wineskins, the New Wineskins can connect to one another and promote unity and the ministry of Christ in our cities. The New Wineskins are a growing and maturing structure; it is an environment of relationship building, fellowshipping, spiritual growth and spirituiral maturity, fathering and mentoring, the believer's ministry, spiritual gifts, signs and wonders, revival, harvest, and the Holy Spirit. (Psa. 133) Some apostles and some prophets are not of the new wineskins; they have the title not the New Apostolic revelational structures. What we need is apostles and prophets of the New Wineskins. (LK. 5:33-39) We need a stronger order of apostles and prophets, the first waves of apostles and prophets have prepared for the coming waves of apostles and prophets. (Isa. 62:10) Stronger Order of the Apostles and Prophets: 1. Apostles and Prophets who love and seek unity, and to cooperation with the Body of Christ. 2. Apostles and Prophets of the New Wineskins. 3. Apostles and Prophets of Freedom and Liberty. 4. Apostles and Prophets of the servant Heart. 5. Apostles and Prophets who believe in the glorious destiny of the church. 6. Apostles and Prophets who seek relationship and fellowship with other apostles and prophets. 7. Apostles and Prophets of the plurality of elders. 8. Apostles and Prophets who believe in the equipping of the saints for the work of the ministry. 9. Apostles and Prophets who believe in the church in the marketplace. 10. Apostles and Prophets who believes in the City Church. The Church is an organic church, we do not need organization flowing against Church organism, and instead we need structure that flows with the organic church build on relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ, and relationship with one another, and build upon grace and truth, and Spirit. (1 Cor. 12,13,14) Remember love never fails; Teachers bring faith, prophets bring hope and apostles bring love. We may disagree, however let us always love the Lord, love one another, forgive, and give place to love even if those believers and spiritual leaders don't agree and don't like us, we must give place to love always, for when the day is long gone and over, it is love that matters. (1 Cor. 13:13,8) Thank You. Apostolic Grace. Grace, grace! Amen. |
